Mr B was terrific. I told him over the phone the problem with my dryer, and he did some troubleshooting and saved me the cost of a service call! My dryer is now working. He’s a very HONEST and CONSCIENTIOUS person. I highly recommend him. You won’t be disappointed!

Mr. B was awesome. He fixed my refrigerator, which I purchased used, and made it run new. Thank goodness for him. He was professional, fit me in on the same day, and was affordable, especially considering how much refrigerators cost. Would definitely hire him again.

Dryer needed a new motor. It was installed as soon as the part came in and it works like new. Repairman determined that we could be happy if we got a new ice maker after we complained about the one we had. It was ordered and installed in three days. Repairman was very knowledgeable about our issues.

He knew the problem & fixed it in short order.

My experience with this company. October 1, 2020. Mr. B came and looked at our ice maker. Said a replacement part would cost $199.00 payable in advance. Also, a service charge of $150.00 would be payable upon installation. I agreed. October 8. Mr. B unable to install part. Said he would refund me $50.00 from $199.00 I had paid. November 1. No refund received. I called and Mr. B apologized and said he would "get right on this." December 1. No refund received. I called and Mr. B apologized and said he would "get right on this." Asked me for my credit card number to give me the $50.00 credit. I refused and asked for a check. December 6. As of today, no check. December 13: Still no check.

Charged $339 to replace a thermostat and relay in an Amana side by side refrigerator freezer, which I thought was way too much.

2 appointments made. he forgot 1st appointment. 2nd appointment made, he called neighbor with key to arrange visit buy did not show up on scheduled date. 2 strikes you're out. I will contact a more reliable company.

Mr. B. himself, called immediately to discuss my problem and, arrange an appointment time. John arrived promptly and was very pleasant and helpful. He gave me the “bad news” and, the options. He couldn’t have been more fair or, given me a more honest opinion. I was extremely pleased and will be calling them again in the very near future.

Very professional in every way, quick, thorough, knowledgeable and courteous. Respectful and reliable, performed perfect service on two occasions and we will use them again quite happily!

Erwin was fantastic. He scheduled me for the next day. When he showed up he was very professional and pleasant. He explained everything he was doing and why. He was so honest and actually saved us money by telling us we didn’t need to replace a part and just needed to fix something minor. He could have charged us for a new part and we would have never known the difference if we really needed it replaced or or not. So glad we found an honest repair man!

Mr. B performed repairs on my dishwasher costing $331 that did not fix my dishwasher. When I called him and requested he return to work on it again, he agreed to another appointment but did not show up. We set up another appointment and again he did not show up or contact me.
