Description of Work: When the tornado hit my house they put in a new pool cage. Great work, no problems. This year I had damage after the hurricane, called them for the repair. Bob came to my house the next day. Told my son he would send a tech out to do the work. Thought he was a man of his word, but after a month went by I started calling every week to sent up an appointment, NEVER even got a phone call back. I past up the chance to have someone else do the work thinking he was coming. Sooooo disappointed. I suggest you use someone else

Description of Work: Replaced 5-7 panels the day after I called. 2 months later a panel that he had done or that abutted a panel he had replaced came loose. I promptly called and left a message on the businesses answering service. After several days no one has returned my call, so I called again. I was not Upset but was surprised given the prompt treatment I had initially received that I received no apology for not returning my call. I was told that he would get over between jobs within the upcoming week or so. One month later, following several text messages and phone calls, all of which were pleasant and matter of fact. I still have not heard regarding scheduling. My husband Dan called and was told that he would get over by that Saturday. My husband was pretty unimpressed and let him know that he would expect better from finding them on Angie's list with positive reviews. Again no apology. Saturday came and went and we never heard from them again. We finally found another company on Angie's list the came within a week and when they repaired the screens that need repairing they indicated that whoever had replaced the screens had taken the sloppy easy way out by cutting one of the screen panels instead of replacing more than one with a continuous piece of screen. Look elsewhere.

Description of Work: We have been using Alligator Aluminum for several years now and wouldn't change for anything. He does screening and installs new pool cages. We have used him for all our screening needs. He has replaced all screening on our pool cage, re-screened our front entryway and has re-screened and fixed the frames on several of our screen windows. He usually replies to phone calls, if you leave a message, within 24 hrs. I have never waited for than 2 days for the work to be done. If he sees something that he feels needs to addressed he will mention it and usually give you a good discount if you have all the work done at once. We have been very, very happy with Bob and highly recommend him for all your screening needs and if you need new lanai or pool caging.

Description of Work: The kid Rob was nice day one then turned into a rude smart Alec. Said he couldn't talk more than once. Rude just plain rude, greed. If his father knew how he behaved.

Description of Work: We had Alligator Aluminum put an extension on the covered patio area surrounding our pool and replace the bottom portion of the screen in the pool cage. The always showed up on time, did the work in a professional style, cleaned up after their work and overall we are very satisfied with the work they did. We used this company several years ago to build an aluminum Florida room and again the work was wonderful. They also installed hurricane shutters on the Florida room and we were very satisfied. We have recommended them to several friends and again the outcome has always been the same, they are a wonderful company to work with. The prices for all the work performed for us over several years has always been fair.
