Tree Care by Robert Miller, Inc. is by far the best in the business when it comes to professionalism and promptness in responding to an emergency. Within two hours of receiving a call from me that a neighbors' tree had fallen and crushed a portion of my fence, Tree Care responded by sending two men, including an arborist, to assess the damage and write an estimate. In addition, advice sought concerning another tree was expertly rendered. Despite rain and other commitments, a crew arrived my mid afternoon and took care of the downed tree along with the second tree that required trimming. Watching these men work was amazing, each performing a task with expertise and coordinating with each other. All debris was removed, the lawn hand raked. I cannot thank Tree Care by Robert Miller enough for the incredible job done and a special thanks to the crew for their considerate and kind treatment of a customer. I will also add they had a great sense of humor!

It went wonderful. This is the 3rd or 4th time this company has been here in the last 5 years. The gentlemen are very polite, professional, and thorough. Not only did they pick up all the limbs, but they even raked the area to get up the smaller debris. They are not the "rip and tear" variety of tree men......they all work to make the tree(s) look better while saving the majority of the limbs. They use good equipment. This company is definitely not the least expensive, but their work is top notch, and I will be calling them again if and when the need arises.

Very professional from beginning to end. A large amount of trees trimmed, removed and clean up in a short amount of time. All went without a hitch.

It was unbelievably professional. All work was completed with in an hour of arriving and done to my extreme satisfaction. A side note: My Chinaberry tree split and half of it had fallen onto the street blocking the flow of traffic so it was important to have it removed as soon as possible. I called another company located in my county and it took them 2 days to return my call but by that time Tree Care had already come out with an estimate and work scheduled. I couldn't be happier...A JOB WELL DONE!

Called company for a quote. The response time was excellent. I was given a fair quote for the work that needed to be done. They arrived to complete the job as scheduled. They worked fast and completed the work. Came back as promised to clean up some ground debris. They were very polite and accommodating. Thank You, Tree Care. Job well done.

I contacted Tree Care after receiving a card in the mail and checking with Angies List. The representative was very professional and listened to my request prior to doing a walk-a-round the house. I have to admit the estimate did give me pause, mainly because I had not had tree work done in quite a while. He explained the work needed and we reached an agreement. The crew arrived on time and once again had me walk around the house and explain what needed to be done. The crew did not waste any time. They worked several hours taking precautions around the house. They were efficient, mulching as they went. Then they ground all the stumps. The yard was left clean and the trees look great.

I have to say this was the most absurd price quote I've ever heard of. He said it'd take about 2 days, and he charges $4,000 per day for bush-hogging. Yes, the guy charges $500 PER HOUR... more than any doctor or lawyer I've ever worked with, just for cutting grass. If $500 an hour is typical for bush-hogging, I'm in the wrong line of work.

The crew arrived on time, work was done quickly.The only problem was weather, 3 inch hard rain and lightening. So some minor holes and rutts where left to be filled. The foreman was very careful with the equiment as to do as little damage as possible. I have more tree work to be done and will call Tree Care.

I have 1 1/2 acres of land and had lots of weeds and bad trees. one large oak had fallen down. They mulched the trees and spread the mulch in the yard. They did a very good job.

I was happy with the service. The foreman was friendly and explained everything that they were going to do. I appreciated that they were insured since they were trimming limbs 60 feet or so up in the air.

The removal went well, team showed up and time were very professional and proceeded in an organized manner. They cut down dead trees and removed all debris in an efficient manner. They even mulched much of the trees to lay down a layer of mulch on an auxiliary drive way.

I was solicited by phone by Miller's, saying they would be in my area. I had some trees that needed to come down, so I asked them to drop by. They arrived as scheduled several days later, and I showed them the 2 diseased pine trees that needed to come down, and also asked if they could cut some dead branches ouf of another pine tree and an oak tree. Mr. Miller himself came to give me an estimate for the work, and tried to sell me on the idea of doing much more trimming of the oak tree than I was asking for. I felt I was being pressured by his approach, and I told him I just wanted the 2 diseased pine trees taken down and hauled off, and a few dead limbs ouf of the other pine tree. Mr. Miller quoted me $1,200 for the work. I told him that was much more than I could afford because I am retired and disabled, as is my wife, and we do not have that kind of money. He then said he would give me a "senior citizen" discount, and do the work for $1,000. I told him that was still way outside our budget, refused his offer, and concluded the visit. At that point, Mr. Miller told me that he would do the work for $800 if I would allow his crew to do it today, since they were already at my house. I told him that, quite frankly, if he was willing to do the work for $800, he should have quoted me that price in the first place instead of quoting me a price 50% higher. I told him I did not like the way he did business (starting with a high quote, forcing me to try to whittle him down), and I do not like "high pressure" sales tactics. Since that time, I have been contacted by Miller Tree Service by telephone several more times attempting to get me to let them come out to give me an estimate for tree removals/trimming, and I refuse to talk to them. Once a business person attempts to "screw" me with a high quote, I will not do any further business with them as I consider that dishonest.

I was working in my front yard and one of the employees came by and gave me their business card saying they could trim back the trees for me and gave me an estimate of what it would cost. I told him I wasn't ready to do it but I will call when needed. A few months go by and I had enough of the squirrels and when tropical debby blew through a large limb snapped off one of the trees by my driveway luckily it fell on the lawn and not my car my husband and I decided it was time to trim the trees. They came out on a Monday and gave me an estimate that was no where near what I was told a few months before and I told the guy that price was way out of my budget and told him the estimate I was given and gave him the whole scenario of what took place. He reworked his price and we met 1/2 way and I said ok THAT price I can work with. They came out that Thursday and trimmed back all the trees and cleaned up the debris. They were here maybe an hour or so there were four guys working. Very efficient.

They did a fantastic job on my yard. They were very thorough and did a beautiful job. They made it look like a park. I am very happy with what they did. I thought the price was reasonable.

He will come out and give you an estimate. He had all of my work done in one day. He has a crew of people that comes out with him, and with all his machinery, he was able to get it all done in one day. It was fantastic. He left no trash. His charges depend on how many trees you want him to cut down.

My experience with him was very unsatisfactory. He was very unprofessional and continually used foul language after stepping in some of my dogs droppings, which I can understand, but he kept screaming curse words even though I offered several ways to clean off his shoes.

Things went very well. They were prompt and they did a lot of work in a very short amount of time. They usually send out a very impressive crew, several large trucks, and they cleanup well after their done. It's very professional work.

BOTH THESE TREES WERE CLOSE TO THE PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN OUR HOUSE AND OUR NEIGHBORS AND WE AGREED TO SPLIT THE COST. OUR NEIGHBOR ARRANGED FOR THE SERVICE AND TREE CARE WAS THERE THE NEXT DAY WITH A CREW OF SIX AND COMPETED THE JOB IN 30 MINUTES. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANED UP ALL DEBREE.
