Tree Care by Robert Miller is Family owned and operated business. We have been providing service to our customers in Pasco, Hernando and Citrus counties since 1990. Robert Miller taught his family and employees the importance of work ethic and it shows in every job we do. We can attribute our success to professionalism, hard work, and making sure every customer is satisfied. We are a fully licensed and insured tree care company and always look forward to helping you with any tree needs you may have. The owner, Jovan Zeller took over for her father who built this Florida tree service on hard work and integrity. Description of Work: They came and gave a price for removal of two large shrubs and one tree. Also looked at all the trees in my yard to determine their health. |Then once I agreed to price in a very few days, they were back to cut the shrubs and tree. Work was done fast but very well. They left the landscaping beds in great shape.

Description of Work: The whole crew were nice to work with and made sure I was satisfied with the job. After the first visit, I noticed there were a couple of areas on two trees that needed some adjustments. They came out again and made those adjustments to my satisfaction. I will consider them again for any future tree service.

Thank you [member name removed]! We do our very best to do the best job possible. I know we cost a little more than SOME of the other companies but we are totally ethical. We cut no corners, I always pay our insurance and have every one on payroll with wormans comp coverage and that is real expensive in our line of work. We also have the proper drivers for our trucks and they have to carry a special license and demand to be paid more for it. I am happy you are satisfied and look forward to working with you in the future.

Description of Work: Keep in mind the dates used, 2008 & 2009. Moved to the area in 2005 and 3 years later was looking to have tree trimming and shrub work done. Used Robert Miller in 2008 to have approx 15 large trees trimmed. OK work for about $1800. Used them again in 2009 for 200 ft of shrub trimming at $900. |Work was marginal. Attitude seemed to be whatever cost they could get away with. Started to look around in the future and found prices 1/3 third of what they charge with exceptional work. I was new and taken. They still call every year and I never answer. Big, impersonal company with an attitude. Would not recommend.

Huh.... I am not even sure how to respond. It is so unusual that some one has a complaint. In 2008 we raised skirts and inner cleaned 11 trees removed a dead tree in back and removed a pine tree. that was 6/5/2008 for 1800.00. On October 23 2009 we trimmed 3 tall queen palms removed seed pods and trimmed a HUGE hedge for 995.00. I have no record of doing any additional work. Yes other companies can be cheaper! They pay men under the table and get away with paying less taxes and insurance. If they even have insurance. If you would have called the office with a upset we would surly come back out to fix what ever you thought was not complete. We never had such a phone call. We are also ISA CERTIFIED ARBORIST! We take our field seriously and have gone to school to learn and educate ourselves. This knowledge is priceless when you are dealing with your trees. Your bargain company likely hurt your tree and you don't even know it. I am sorry you feel this way. We get phone calls daily from our customers telling us what a wonderful job we did and how good our boys are. I am shocked to learn you feel this way. If you are not happy with us please do your self a favor and be sure to have a arborist trim your trees their are 6 of them in our county I believe two of them are here and another doesn't trim trees so that leaves you with two other companies. I would recommend either of them they are just as capable as we are and cost the same as us. We price match either of them!

Not very well.
Description of Work: I called this service for an estimate. I asked if they removed brush that had already been cut off the trees.The person on the phone advised me that they are a HIGH END TREE service and would not make any moneyif they just came and picked up other peoples brush. Basicly a waste of there time.This service advertised they remove brush.If you want future business. You have to have great customer service. This person was rude. I am a positive person and this phone call to this service made me feel like what I needed was miniscule.Something to think about.
