My home A/C went down on a Saturday afternoon. The call taker answered immediately and was very friendly. She said Scott would be by in about an hour. Scott arrived quickly - about 30 minutes later (and earlier than promised!) I explained the problem and symptoms, he seemed to know exactly what the problem was, and he checked the system to confirm his theory. Less than 30 minutes later, he had everything running. Scott was exceptionally professional and friendly. He clearly explained what the problem had been and told me how I could check for it in the future. Further, Scott explained how I could do some preventative work on the system so I never have the issue come up again. This will clearly save me money and a headache later! He charged me for the basic service call only, which was $85. Considering the extremely fast response time, very professional service and that this was on a Saturday, I think the price was a real bargain! Prestige just earned all of my future business and I will be referring my neighbors to them!

They had been out a few months before to fix our a/c that was making all kinds of noise. I called and they were out in 2 hours. When he got to our house, the a/c just stopped. We knew our a/c was on its last leg, but asked if he could do a temp fix that would hold us over for a couple of months and he said he would do what he could. (We had just had another big expense that hit us.) It did hold up and in November we called him to replace our a/c unit that was close to death. We called him on a Thursday and we had a new a/c unit installed by Tuesday. They were great and would highly recommend!

Overall - GREAT - very happy!!! I would highly recommend Prestige.

A/C failed in rental home I own. Family with 2 infants and I was pressed for time. Prestige responded diagnosed problem quickly and kept me informed all the way. Repair was made and residents were pleased by the service. I will call Prestige for my own home when the need arises.

We had been having a leak problem with our A/C unit, and had no cold air. After having other companies come out to tell us we needed a whole new system for thousands of dollars, we joined Angie's List to find a reputable A/C professional. Brian at Prestige Air came out right when he said he would, and not only inspected our unit, but informed of us of an obvious problem that could be fixed without needing a replacement system. He gave us an estimate, ordered the parts, and was out the next day to finish the job, which actually came in under the estimated price. Brian was very professional, knew his job inside and out, and most of all honest. I would definitely use his company again, and would have no problems referring him to anyone needing A/C repairs.

They have fair prices. They are punctual. I'm happy with their work.

They did an excellent job and I would only like to say good things about them. The price was reasonable compared to the others who spent about $70 to $80 to have the same thing done. They came out the next day after I called. So they were prompt. The technician called at the time he said. He also called ahead to make sure that I was at home and he let me know he was coming. My system is okay.

I called Prestige, explained what was going on and what I had been told by another repairman. They said they would need to look at the unit before committing to the suggested repair. Prestige's trip charge was $65. Brian was there within 2 hours, called me to explain what he had found, and what he would need to do to fix it. He was able to fix it with the materials he had on the truck. The temperature and humidity started dropping as soon as he was done. The unit was working properly for the first time in a long time. It only took an hour or two for the place to cool off completely and the humidity to get within normal air conditioned ranges. To top it off, the unit is actually running less now that it was operating properly. The total cost was $105, the $65 trip charge was applied toward the repair. By the way. I had scheduled another company for a service call just before I called Prestige. That appointment was 2 days away and they had a higher trip charge plus additional charges for any maintenance or repair work. I called Prestige to see if they could get it done sooner, which they were able to do and at a much more reasonable price. I plan to use Prestige for my future A/C needs.
