Description of Work: Masterbath- reattach tile on back wall and regrout, regrout many cracks in grout lines, clean and whiten grout. Master bath -garden tub, clean and replace permiter caulk. Second shower- replace grout in long crack and in many small cracks. She was punctual, had enough people and supplies to do the jobs. They were professional, courteous quiet and wasted no time doing their jobs. When finished, they cleaned their work area and took all the "waste" with them. I was very pleased with workmanship and I would definitely hire her again

Description of Work: The job started on December 18, 2014 and was completed on January 15, 2015.They cleaned, removed caulk and replaced caulk in our shower stall. They also removed all the grout and replaced with new grout on the shower floor. They color sealed shower floor on the 15th of January. We had company during the holidays and had to wait to get color seal done till after they left. Lisa and her crew did a wonderful job. My shower stall looks brand new. She did everything she said would be done. Her crew were courteous and answered any questions we had. They cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Mrs. Grout to anyone who had mold or mildew in their bathroom and needed a major cleanup job. They earned what was charged. My shower sparkles now!!!

Description of Work: I booked them through a deal for one bathroom. After they were done I booked for my second bathroom. When they started on the second bathroom, they found a water/mold problem on the shower floor that they could not handle. They did the work they could, charged me for only what they did and put me in contact with another person who can repair the problem properly. |I appreciate the honesty and the fact they could have charged me the quoted price and said they had done the work and I wouldn't have known!

Description of Work: Regrouted the tub/shower in my Master bath. Lisa worked diligently for |the entire work day cleaning, removing the old blackened grout |and replacing it. She was prompt and very knowledgable about the job at hand. |The shower looks like new! |
