To give a fair review, I just need one word, EXCELLENT!!!!

It was amazing . It was done at our ballroom dance studio. The The grout cleaning made 25 year old tile look brand new. NO EXAGGERATION ! I truly wish I had taken before and after pictures. I had no idea what a differance it would make. Thank you, Mrs. Grout

I can't express how very pleased I am with Mrs. Grout. She gave me a quote, set up a work date in a very timely and professional manner. Her crew came, on time, worked diligently and pleasantly. They spent time with me choosing just the exact right color for my grout. When they were finished, I couldn't believe my eyes. It looked brand new again. I am extremely satisfied and delighted with my brand new looking tile. I will definitely use Mrs. Grout for all my tile work.

We had a shower stall cleaned, re-grouted and sealed along as well as the tiled bathroom floor. The work was done in a professional manner and took about 6 hours. We were given a choice of colors for the grout work which we appreciated. The floor and the shower stall look very nice.

This was the most pleasant experience I have had with any workmanship since I moved down here. The crew was professional, polite, and very efficient. The grout looks brand new. I was provided with several color options and the team was happy to give their opinion as to what color worked best with my tiles. They took great care with my furniture and appliances, moving them so the work could be done and then replacing them to their original position. It is easy to see that the employees of Mrs. Grout care about the customer and are dedicated to performing an outstanding job. They arrived on time, worked steadfast, and were done in an above acceptable amount of time.

I ordered a coupon on Angie's list to re grout my walk in , master bedroom shower floor bc the grout was coming off , I met Jackie who showed up on time and ready to work. I COULD NOT BE MORE HAPPY WITH HER PROFESSIONALISM, HER PERFECTIONISM, AND SPEED IN WHICH SHE FINISHED THE WORK! I was absolutely blown away on the transformation she gave my floor. It looks BEAUTIFUL! I would not only recommend to EVERYONE to use this company but would definitely use them again on my other bathrooms. PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE AS WELL! EXTREMELY A HAPPY CUSTOMER! Thank you Jackie and Mrs. Grout for a job VERY WELL DONE! :)

I was very pleased with the service I received. The employees arrived on time and went right to work. And they worked hard - no breaks with this crew. I was disappointed that the master bath floor didn't look fresher when they finished, so I called the owner, who promptly sent someone else out to see what could be done. A very good experience overall.

They took a shower I would not even step into in house I bought and turned it into a place I feel really good useing

Excellent - looks like new. Arrived on time and went immediately to work. Worked straight through until job completed. Great team effort.

It went well. Only compliant and they did warn me because baseboard installed by builder was not solid wood that it could be damaged during the floor cleaning and re-staining process. They were right. Have one area where baseboard was damaged. I will have to sand and re-paint it till the time we re-place baseboards in the entire house.

The majority of the work was done in the shower. Two workers spent close to 4 hours on my two bathrooms. The tub and the shower looked brand new. In fact, my shower did not look this good when I closed on my new construction home!

Her two women employees came in at the time scheduled and did their work in a timely fashion. They were very pleasant to deal with. Lisa (Mrs. Grout") came back and sealed the floor and made sure everything was satisfactory with me. And it certainly was.

It went fine. There was a minor issue that I was not even going to bring up, but Lisa asked how it went, and I explained it to her. She apologized, said she would work with the person to correct it in the future, and gave me a discount that more than made up for the issue. Very professional and courteous.

When first trying to schedule the service with Mrs Grout I was never able to leave her a message because the mailbox is always full. Lisa, the owner, called to schedule the appointment about 2 days after purchase. She informed me that since I do not have a tub and it is a stand up shower there is an additional fee. I said ok, I am fine with that. During the conversation she also told me she no longer services Tampa but she would make an exception. We scheduled an appointment, and she sent an email confirming the appointment. About a week later I received another email stating she does not service my area and will not be providing the service. It seems that customer service has a lot to be desired.

Overall the job was completed timely and the shower looked great.

I have had my grout "cleaned" before but the person used a carped cleaning machine and I was not satisfied. I called Mrs. Grout because of her reputation on Angie's List. She came to the house and gave, what I would consider, a reasonable price. Austin and Jaclyn showed up right on time. When I contracted for the job, I was told that it would take about four hours. It took exactly four hours. They did an excellent job and the grout looks great. They even did under the stove and refrigerator. The only complaint I had was that Austin forgot to plug the refrigerator back in. If I hadn't checked, they would have been paying for a freezer full of meat. All in all, they did a very good job.

I initially purchased a deal for a shower rejuvenation, but after working for a couple of hours and assessing their progress, we determined that it would also need additional re-grouting and re-caulking. The employees called me in to show me what they had completed and we discussed the need for additional work to be performed (for an additional fee). I wanted the shower to look like new again, so we proceeded with the additional work and they were able to complete it that day. Two employees scrubbed away at soap scum, mold, and mildew that had built up and seemed impossible to clean. But, by the time they left, my shower looked brand new again. They took special care in making sure each and every tile was sparkling and all damaged/dirty/missing grout and caulk was like new again. They also took down the shower doors and scrubbed underneath and on the sides. I liked my shower better without the doors, so they even offered to take the doors and recycle/reuse them for another job.

Overall things went fine - the job was done to my satisfaction. There was a snag when during the removal of the moldy caulk ( another contractor put the wrong kind of caulk in the shower months before) and cleaning of the shower grout a few tiles fell out of the wall. The grout/caulk had been leaking so the drywall needed to be repaired behind the tile before the tile could be reinstalled. They said that they had a person who could do it, but only on Sat. afternoon. It took several phone calls to Mrs. Grout to get this confirmed and a time locked in. Once that was overcome, the drywall guy came close to the scheduled time ( he got lost but did call for directions) and fixed the problem properly. The grout in the shower and on the floor looks much better. They show you different colors that you can have them reapply after the cleaning process. I chose one that really brightened up the bathroom. Now, 2 months later the shower is still free of any mold because Mrs. Grout installed the correct caulk.

Beautiful results! I met Mrs. Grout thru the shower rejuvenation offer on Angie's List. Then loved the quote to beautify all the tile in the house. I am so happy. The team was professional, courteous, and made sure I was happy before they left. Thank you!

Where do I begin? I think a little back story is important here. A few years ago I had the rugs taken out and tile put in by a free-lance tile guy. Long story short, he never sealed the grout and it went from beige to dark brown in a matter of weeks. It was absolutely disgusting and I was embarrassed by the sight of it. A friend of mine told me about the work Mrs. Grout did in her house and gave me her number. To be honest, I didn't want to call because I didn't want anyone to see the horrible state my floors were in. I finally called and made an appointment for an estimate the next week. They showed up right on time but, funny story, I did not. I wasn't home! She called me to remind me but I was in Tampa. I totally forgot! I felt so bad but she said it was no problem and how did tomorrow sound? She was so nice and cheerful how could I say no? The estimate was a lot more than I was expecting and at first I was going to try and do it myself. I told her I would discuss it with my husband and I would get back to her. I did some research and bought a bottle of grout cleaner at the hardware store. How hard can it be? I'm not paying over a grand for someone to scrub my floor! After I wore myself out scrubbing about 4 square feet of tile I gave up. It wasn't coming up clean like the bottle promised. I called Mrs. Grout to make an appointment and we had a good laugh about me being stubborn. I explained to her that I have a chemical sensitivity and I was worried about the odors in my house. She assured me that there would be no leftover residue and that she would go through the entire process with me They showed up right on time and immediately got to work. Lisa (Mrs. Grout) was with them, rolling up her sleeves and busting her butt along with her employees. I am no stranger to people working in or around my house, but I rarely see the dedication to doing a good job like I saw that day. They got so much dirt out of my grout I could plant a garden. They took their time and were very careful around my furniture and baseboards. True to her word, Lisa went through the entire process with me before they used anything on the floor. I'm a bit of a pain, I couldn't help peppering her with questions. I learned so much about the whole process I feel like I could work for her. She seems like the type of person who truly enjoys what she does for a living. That goes a long way in my book. I can't stand dealing with people who hate or dislike their job. It shows in their work ethic and it makes me uncomfortable. Everyone who came to my house, five people in total, was obviously a happy employee and it showed in the wonderful job they did. So, back to the job, I was so taken aback by the four-figure price tag I didn't realize what my money was buying. I thought they were just going to clean the floors, scrub the grout and seal it. That they did, very well I might add. It hasn't been that clean EVER. I cried, I literally cried when I saw it. I had lived with that nasty filthy grout for years and at that moment it was worth every penny. It got better from there too. Like I said, when I saw all the zeros on the estimate I didn't pay much attention to anything else. I didn't realize they were going to color the grout! I didn't have to live with beige grout! She must have brought a hundred different colors, I picked a few to test out and I ended up falling in love with adobe. I thought they were going to spray it on but they were all on their hands and knees with little brushes, sealing the grout with colored sealant. They did two coats on almost a thousand square feet of tile. This entire process, from beginning to end, took one day. I know I'm rambling but I am just so happy with how my floors came out, with the level of customer service I received, and how enthusiastic Lisa was about all aspects of her business. That's what prompted me to write this review. She really went above and beyond what I expected in an owner. She took the time to explain everything and addressed all my concerns. She was even super patient when my kids started annoying her asking if they could paint too. She let my son paint some lines (he did a good job!) even though she was probably tired and wanted to get it done. I went on Angie's List because she mentioned she was listed on there. I didn't hesitate for a second to pay for a membership so I could leave her a review. She treated me like a person and not like a customer. The whole crew was nice and courteous and I had a great time in their company. I will definitely recommend Mrs. Grout to anyone with a floor.

My tile now looks better than it when new! Extremely pleased with the work. Workers were highly professional and everything was cleaned up afterwards. Later, my husband spilled some more wine on the Kitchen floor. I was extremely upset - I was ready to kill him! But then I wiped it up and ALL of it came up! The sealer they put on protected it from my husband's wine! They even called back later to make sure everything was done right! Mrs. Grout was worth every penny!

Mrs Grout gave an estimate for a job fin a house that is going to be put in the market. Daughter in law was advise by a Realtor not to do it because she was not going to get her money back. I called Mrs Grout yesterday since I had spoke to her when she came to the other house; I only leave a few blocks away from that house; I expressed to her that I did need some work in one of my bathrooms and since she has such a good reviews in Angie's list for sure I wanted her to do the work. Yesterday she got my address y was suppose to call me for an appointment; I just received a call from her telling me that she was not going to do the job since it was not worth it for her. That is her professionalism
