It went well. My shower looks great now. It was pretty gross and now the black mild and soap buildup is all gone.

It was very good. We had no problems whatsoever. They did what they said they would do and maybe a little more. We had a little miscommunication so it was not probably as soon as everyone would have liked but they didn't have my phone number or any of my information. That wasn't their fault though. I didn't pay any additional charges. Everything was good and went as planned.

It was pretty good. I wasn’t clear on what they were going to do at first but their professionalism was good.

Technician called to announce that he was running late. He had to run to a store to get the proper color of grout twice during this project. He explained the general condition of the shower was good. He did a good with the grout in general since all cracks in the grout are gone.

Everything went well. They were professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. They were prompt and very pleasant to deal with.

I was hoping to have the scale removed from my shower tile. The tile was unchanged after the cleaning. They did a nice job re-caulking the corner seams. I was offered a call from the owner to see if there was another cleaner that would work, I declined. I had hoped the strongest cleaner would be used on the first try. I don't think anything will clean this tile. I have tried other providers as well with no improvement. I guess I need new shower tile. As an update to my review, Mrs. Grout came out to my home to try a stronger chemical on my tile. It really didn't do much. I appreciate the efforts of the owner to make it right.

This great group of gals really rejuvenated my shower! It looks as good as it did when it was new. It is clean and the grout white! To do it right it took two days but I was not charged any extra even though I offered. They taught us how to do a shower pan test and our shower passed the test! Now we will know that the pan does not have to be replaced - peace of mind. They gave us advice and will stand behind their work. I could not be happier to have found such a great resource and plan to use them again if need be.

We had a little or mis-understanding on what was suppose to be done. Mrs Grout came to our house to see the problem for herself. She stated the same thing that her people stated. I called Mrs Grout and she that she would send an another crew to fix the problem and we agree and she would fix on Dec 18th. Even Mrs Grout showed up and stated with crew until they finished. After working with her and the work she did when she came back I would recommend her.

Danielle and Austin came and took a look at the shower. Unfortunately we had used the wrong kind of grout on the walls which made the job harder and was going to cost more.which was OK with me because it was our fault. They remove all of the old grout took off the shower door which I had been wanting to do for several years removed the metal parts so they could thoroughly clean the mold off of the walls. They came and grouted and then caulked the shower. The shower looks brand new for a lot less a new one would have cost us. While Austin got started on the shower Danielle measured the floor and gave me a price on what it would cost to seal the grout on the tile floor that was about a year old. She explained the process of what they would do. They came out on a Tuesday and did the floor in one day and it looks great. To answer the question will I use them again - I have them coming out to seal the first shower and to see what needs to be done to the other shower so it can be sealed too. GREAT JOB MRS. GROUT!!!!!

Simply put, AMAZING. The floors look brand new and the bathrooms look exceptional. We are getting ready to list our home and it is stunning to see the difference. If you look purely at the time value of money, Mrs. Grout is an exceptional value. She completed in 9 hours what would have taken me numerous weekends. I strongly recommend you use her services.

These ladies worked hard all day. They were punctual and rarely took a break. Patiently worked with us while we chose a different grout stain for the master bath floor.

When I say they cleaned regrouted and recaulked two showers that was an understatemt.One shower was in horrible condition but when the finished they both looked like what you would see in a new house.Took longer than they thought but there was no additional charge.Outstanding Work. We have already scheduled them to do some floor tile work.

I was more than surprised how good a job Mrs. Grout did and how wonderful my bathrooms now look. Our home is 15 years old and never had any type of grout service. Our Master Bath was especially gooky - we tried all of the retail and even online products to get rid of mold and dirt. Nothing worked. So I was not optimistic that they could make it look like new. But I'll be darned if that isn't exactly what they did. It was amazing! I wish now that I had taken before and after pics because noone would be believe it. Lisa and Chris were on-time and very professional. They explained everything they did and even ordered a tint that would match our existing 15-yr. old grout. After finishing the showers, we scheduled another appointment for them to come back to re-tile and seal the pool bath step-up, which had several cracks. But after pulling the first tile Chris realized that the drywall behind was compromised. Unfortunately that is not what they do, so instead they cleaned and sealed the grout on the floors. Now my bathrooms all look amazing. Lisa and Chris get my highest recommendation

The floors were real dirty,so it took alot longer then expected. It was worth the 13 hrs they were there.

They were very professional and punctual. As work proceeded, they ask for my wife and I to validate the work as they progressed, which I liked. They did an excellent job and left no mess. Just what we were hoping for. I would strongly recommend them and we will use them again in the near future.

The job went extremely well. They showed up on time and did the job as agreed. They changed the color of the grout so that it is much darker and exactly the color that I had in mind. They also sealed the grout so it won't get dirty from all the foot traffic in the front hall. I will definitely call Mrs Grout again the next time that I need any cleaning or staining of grout.

I picked out a "bone" grout for my almond tile against Lisa's advice/consultation. I didn't like it and went back to her original suggestion: an off-white. It looks like a brand new tile job. there were a couple of repairs done previously and they made them look so much better. Lisa and Chris were professional in demeanor, on time and very neat PLUS they did more than I had originally asked. I would use them again but Lisa assures me the grout sealing will last about 6-7 years so looks like i won't see them for a while! BUt I did recommend them to several close friends in South Tampa. It's hard to find people who appreciate the workmanship of an older home.
