Description of Work: Confirmed a circuit board on the microwave was burned out, and also that no replacement was available. Nothing really fixed, just an expensive troubleshoot that didn't result in any real progress.

Description of Work: They made an appt. to trouble shot the problem. The tech was both respectful and professional. In no time at all he concluded the problem was a burned out pump. He explained it wasn't much more than an aquarium pump. Of course, it had to be ordered. He returned and replaced the pump. The pump was $65 and I was charged $89/hr. Outrageous. I should have bought a new dishwasher.

Description of Work: advised them that i had a dr apt afternoon of scheduled repair day--very accomodating--came at 10am---were done at 10:20--replaced a switch under the lid that was not working---i thought the price was a little high---looked like a part you just plug in--but overall i was happy to have my machine working so quickly--much cheaper than buying a new one--i was impressed that they had the part on hand and could do everything in one short call--i would use them again

Description of Work: came out on the eve of the holiday when my refrigerator stopped working. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. Considering that it was Christmas eve I found the charge more than reasonable.

Description of Work: Freezer needed a new casket because frost was building up. I explained the problem and they helped me locate the model of the refrigerator. They ordered the part and came out when they received it. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: Called for dishwasher door repair ..springs came off. Spoke to Kim was very nice ..wasn't able to schedule repair until friday (this was monday) I had an appt. for friday so scheduled for following monday. Was able to get another company from Angies list in to do the repair on tuesday so called them back to cancel the appt.for the 28th.

Description of Work: I made the call for an appt 2 days prior, to come out on a Saturday due to work. George himself came out. He called an hour prior to arrival. He arrived on time. He diagnosed my 5-6 year old GE Profile, he assessed the problem, and tackled the issue. I was not able to set the temp in the refrigerator, even through the freezer was working optimal. The back motherboard apparently was not communicating w the front board, causing the frig to just stay kool not cold. He also found a kink in the coil which he promptly fixed and replaced. I am very happy with his work. I would defientely use him again, however he said I should have no problems, and if I do , just call. Very pleaseant and professional.

Description of Work: Washing machine filled up then stopped. It did a slight hum when we tried to get it going - this was on a Sunday afternoon. CalledGeorge's @ 9 am Monday. After relaying the problem, he asked when I wanted someone to come out. Repair person came a little after he was expected. Fixed washer, then I said dryer wasn't doing a good job. He fixed that, too. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The baking element in my Magic Chef oven burned out. I called George's on a Thursday evening and they had a repair man out first thing Monday morning. The man at George's told me I could continue to use the top of my stove, as well as the broiling element, until the repairman came.
