Description of Work: Phill did a tune up on the springs and tracks. He determined that all 10 of the rollers were worn and he replaced them. The 16ft bottom seal was replaced. He arrived on time, was very courteous and wasted no time in examining the door and its supporting structures. The neoprene rollers were $195.00, with a 10 yr warranty, and the bottom seal was $128.00 plus the service call. I would call this company if I needed garage door service again.

Description of Work: Installed a new opener for $800.00. They did check out the door, but I had been having problems the opener.

Description of Work: Put in 2 light bulbs for the opening the garage door, detected and put in battery in key pad for garage opening and sprayed the sides of garage door . Walked around and checked things Made suggestion if problem continues.

Description of Work: He came for a general tune-up of our double garage door. We were having problems with it closing and it was very loud. He recommended replacing our very cheap, inefficient rollers. After changing those out, lubing the track and other magic tricks...it works perfectly!! And SO quiet!! Thank you, we'll call again if we need you.

Description of Work: Do not have a record of cost. Used multiple times. Cost was within the range of other providers. Had spring repacement, auto door opener replaced. Had excessive noise when door opened. Was told that this was due to continued Florida heat onto metal door in contact with the painted surface. Was told to apply W-D Forty to the surface & this would clear up the sticking. No charge for this visit or neat visit when I was told to spray both the door & painted surface. No more sticking door.
