Great job. Clear communication. Started early, and cleaned up the jobsite. Kept to the estimate. Very good workmanship. Highly recommend.

I was moving my family from PA to Florida at the end of May and I had purchased a "for sale by owner". I was trying to get some work done before moving in and explained that I would be in town on May 8th for the week to do some work on the home. I didn't expect him to get the roof done with such a short notice but he agreed to get to it asap. He called me a couple days later and said that he wanted to get it done for me before we moved in and that he would be here on the 9th. He was here with his crew and explained the timeline, what was required and what I could expect in terms of how long it would take, the weather expected, and the clean up after. He explained that the roof was very old and he quoted for replacing 6 sheets of plywood and he nailed it. He explained that it would be 2-3 days and would cover and protect the roof if it rained in that time ( it is Florida after all and it rains daily). He came in right on his quote. He was true to his word. My 11 year old son was with me on this trip and he was in and out of the house and his crew was very kind to me and my son. The were done in 3 days even though we had a coupe good rains that slowed things down. They did a fantastic job cleaning up and that is a challenge when the roof is disintegrating like mine was. He checked in with me during the job to make sure I was satisfied with the work being done and again when the job was complete. I never had an issue. It was professional from start to finish. What more can you ask for. It has been 5 months since I moved in and I have not found any surprises, leaks or any issues with the roof and I have had many compliments on it.

We were in a bit of a hurry to get a roof installed, and generally when you call roofers they respond with "ok, we'll be out for an estimate in a week and we can start in 4 or 5 weeks" which is frustrating. We called Josh and he literally came out the next day, gave us an estimate that blew the others out of the water as far as price goes, and had the roof installed literally the next day. Hurricane Matthew came through the day after and tested the roof, and it held up fine. He does give a labor warranty of 3 years in case of leaks - that's on top of the material warranty which is much longer. Also, with many roofing companies, you'll speak to a guy on the phone, a different guy will come out to do the estimate, and a different crew will come out and do the work (often times with no English speaking foreman or workers). Josh came out no less than 5 times over the course of the work to do quality control checks and to answer questions we had about the ongoing work. His crew were polite and worked exceptionally fast. If any of my friends ask in this area who they should use for roofers, I will definitely recommend Josh to them.

The roof job went very well. The only snag was that someone stepped in the wrong place and put a hole in the ceiling. However, they came back and fixed it very nicely, with a promise that they will paint the whole ceiling if the patch shows when the paint dries.

As a roof replacement is a large investment doing your homework is necessary. I found Josh Manaugh and his team extremely professional and they did an amazing job! I would highly recommend Josh and his team for any roofing work needed. I could not be happier with the results and the price was most definitely well worth the quality they provided.

Everything was done in an efficient manner by a hard working,experienced,respectful crew. Cleanup was thorough at the end of each day. We were satisfied to the point that, my wife and I had him roof another one of our houses. The neighbors noticed the quality of Crown Roofing's work also with, several other roofs replaced by them. It was a welcome experience as, too many companies are likely to have difficulties completing jobs properly and having inconsistent customer service. I highly recommend Josh, owner of Crown Roofing for fairly priced and high quality roofing jobs.

Went very well. No extra or hidden costs. Price quoted was the actual price. Roof was replaced on time and when they said it would be done. They cleaned up everything after the job and the site was spotless. They had a dumpster delivered to the site the day before the job started. This is a great way to do it compared to other vendors who try to use a trailer to haul away the scrap and often nails and tacks are left on the site. Josh and his team are great and I would highly recommend them!

Staff were prompt and professional, they did an excellent job in the time frame quoted. I would highly recommend them. They are ethical and trustworthy.

It went well. Josh was honest, punctual, and did a quality repair. In addition, he left the interior of the house clean when he was finished. I would call him again if needed!
