Joshua was great to work with. He answered all my questions and was open to new things. He also came back to fix the roof when something didn't look quite right to him. He very easily could have left it as is and I never would have known the difference. It speaks of his good character and the quality of the work he does. My roof was a new product for him and he did it like the pro he is. His workers were great too. There were never any issues or concerns. They worked very hard and did a great job. I would highly recommend him and his crew to anyone who needs a new roof. His pricing is very reasonable and alittle less than the other quotes I got. He was also the only one that knew the kind of roof I should and shouldn't have. Very happy with the end result.

If A+ were available, that would be my review. The roof was installed quickly, the price was more than reasonable, the roofers were professional, all of my concerns were taken into account, the work site was left spotless. This new roof was one of my best contractor experiences.

Overall, it was a pleasure to work with Crown Roofing. The owner Josh Manaugh provided a prompt estimate and had to deal with a nonstandard skylight. That may sound like something that should be easy to deal with, but two other roofing companies would not even provide an estimate because of the skylight. The first company that Josh contacted to provide the skylight built it to the wrong size, taking 6 weeks to do so and then stated they could not construct the skylight to the desired dimensions. The second company built the skylight in about 2 weeks and for $500.00 less than the estimate. Although Josh didn't have to because I would have never known, Josh gave me a credit for the $500.00. Not sure how many contractors would have done that. As soon as Josh had received the new skylight, he promptly scheduled the roof replacement and the job was completed in two days. I was impressed with the professionalism demonstrated throughout the effort and would highly recommend Crown Roofing.

Joshua is completely professional, an excellent communicator and will give you a high quality roof. I was very impressed with his crew. The worked tirelessly in the heat and managed to finish the entire roof in one day. Much of the original wood was damaged so replacing it did drive up the price but Joshua explained everything as they went along. I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood!

Surprisingly, they were able to come out in the very same day just hours later (during a time when most places were still closed due to Hurricane damage) to give a quote. the representative was extremely professional and honest letting us know that no immediate repairs were actually needed right this minute, and he supplied a contact for future repairs for a possible area of opportunity.

He is very knowledgable about roofing and detail orientated making him easy to work with; he was able to recommend products and colors without us feeling pressured. Joshua came out to take a look at my roof. He provided excellent, honest advice. He told me it was a bizarre occurrence and he couldn't honestly recommend a patch nor a new roof. It was clear he wasn't telling me what he needed to in order to get my money. That level of integrity is greatly appreciated. I asked for a new roof quote anyway and he gladly provided it. His price was good and I felt like he would do great work when I inevitably do replace the roof.

I got multiple quotes from several roofing companies. Crown wasn't the least expensive but they were very reasonable and had an excellent rating from Angie's list. Joshua was punctual, professional and very responsive. His crew did a great job. Very happy with everything.

Could not have received a better performance. The crew arrived on time, worked carefully and quickly and left no detail to chance. Even their clean up afterwards was meticulous and thorough with not a scrap of old roofing left on the ground. Most important of all was the cost savings. I had received a quote for $18,000 when I decided to check on Angie's List. Crown used the exact same top of the line GAF shingles, metal guttering, and new roof ridge materials and cut that price in half! Josh came by quickly to give the estimate and schedule the installation. It was a top professional job from start to finish. I would recommend them to all.

His team worked 12 hours the first day and completed a large full roof replacement in under two days. Extremely well with this company. They were one of the few to actually show up and put together an estimate (which was very reasonable). They were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful with aspect we had not considered; even volunteering to assist with several aspects regardless of getting our business. They came out to replace the roof when they said they would, were done in the time they said, and cleaned up the work-site very well. They have my complete recommendation.

I talked to many different roofers and I really liked to fact he didn't have any bad reviews on Angies list or the BBB, he showed up and took his time, honest, and he expected payment was the job was completed to my satisfaction. His crew worked hard, did a fine job and the place was cleaned up afterward. It was reassuring when both inspectors made good comments on the job well done. I had more damage than expected and extra charge was very fair.

We had a leak that formed from an improperly installed membrane under pavers on an elevated porch that leaked inside the home. We were looking for a one stop shop to perform the work because the job required different trades to be involved, including a roofer to properly install the membrane. Josh and his team were on point with their timeline and kept us informed as the work progressed. Definitely will use them again.

After inspecting our roof, he told us that we have probably between 3 to 5 years before we would need to replace it. He then gave us a detailed description of what he would use to replace it and a estimate of what it would cost which we thought was very fair. We were very impressed with his honesty also. He has excellent ratings on Angie's list and the BBB. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a new roof or roof repairs.

Excellent from estimate through completion. Professional, timely and kept me informed of all steps of the job. Josh was knowledgeable about the products he was going to use. Other roofers were condescending at best and uninformative and terse at the worst. If I'm laying money down, I want to use someone I can get along with! It didn't hurt that Crown cut everyone else out of the market with the lowest price - all while using the exact same products! This is how business should be done!

I thought that they were very professional. They came in when they said they were. The group that did the work was very respectful, they were quiet, and cleaned up very well when they were done. They did a good job on the roofing work that they did. I was very pleased, they're the best I've seen around, they did an excellent job. I can't say enough good things about them.
