Pura Home Cleaning

I was looking for a reputable cleaning company. I was a little nervous due to reading reviews of other companies not showing up or other horror stories. I went to Angie's List and was contacted by Pura. I am glad they did. All communication was done through text messages, which was perfect for me. I would rather text than talk over the phone anyway. Cyndi and Jennifer were the two ladies who came to my house; not only were they on time, but they were also very efficient and super nice and walked me through the process. I have a two-story house, and they did a deep clean, which was very affordable. They left a thank you note and a nice-smelling homemade room spray. I do not need a cleaning service a lot because Im pretty much a clean person anyway, but I will be using them possibly every six months to have that extra sparkle. Thank you Again, Pura !!

They never bothered to show up and wouldn't return any of my texts, emails or calls. Had to hire another company.

This company does quality work. They are very professional, responsive and the work looks excellent when completed. I was happy hiring them and enjoyed their services

Pura is wonderful!! I can always count on a job well done. The cleaners are really professional, and I love that they use non-toxic cleaners — my house smells and feels fresh when they leave. You can tell that the cleaners like their jobs, and I like that they’re paid 2x more than minimum wage so my money actually goes to the cleaner and not most of it to overhead. We’ve been really impressed and plan to keep using them for a long time.

They did an outstanding job. We’ve loved using Pura for our twice monthly cleaning. The girls are kind and do a thorough cleaning job every time, and I love that all of their cleaners are eco-friendly and safe for my two dogs and grandchildren to be around. They also leave a homemade air freshener that smells so good!

We love Pura. They’re super reliable and Jennifer and Kaylyn always leaves my home really clean. I like that they’re so fast so I don’t have someone in my home for hours at a time. I also really like the room spray they left as a gift and refill every time they’re here. Love the service!

We started using Pura monthly for our home and I wish they could clean every day! It’s always the same team that show up, and when they leave it doesn’t smell like chemicals. Also, their customer service is really friendly and responsive. I like that they text before they come and follow up after they leave. I’d highly recommend!
