Description of Work: Kitchen sink clogged and pipes were leaking. Called at 12 pm and by 3 pm a technician arrived. He was polite and professional. The work took less than an hour. The cost was higher than what I expected but given other companies I reviewed it was not far off. I am very happy to have my kitchen back in order.

Description of Work: The entire backflow system in front of my condo had to be replaced. I was given estimates as high as $850! Wyman gave me the lowest estimate, but did an excellent job. They came right out , gave an estimate, and then got the work done within that same week. The county inspectors came and said it was an excellent job. The county also uses and recommends them to customers for this type of work. I have used them previously for other smaller jobs and everything worked out well in those caes as well.

 + 0 moreGREAT!!!We had a clog in our main line to the kitchen sink/laundry room. After many attempts by us to snake the roof vents & several bottles of drain cleaner we had to admit that is was indeed a problem bigger than what the both of us could correct. My sister said that she used Wyman Plumbing in the past but it had been a few years ago so she wasn't sure what their hourly rate was. I called at about 7:30am on a Monday, my husband was off that day so I asked if it was at all possible to be worked into the days' schedule. To my surprise the gentleman was super nice and said yes they could as long as they could call him later in the morning and give him an estimate of what time they thought they could be here. How is that for service? My husband did receive a phone call and the tech was here when he said he would be. After clearing the drain, my husband called me and let the tech explain everything he had done and he even talked with me about a repair on a hose bib that we need to have done(were scheduling that in Nov.) He didn't rush me, he answered all our questions with professionalism and respect. On the same day that I received the bill in the mail, I also received the "clipper" magazine. Wyman Plumbing had a coupon in it for all new customers for all future services. I called the company and spoke to Rindy. I explained to her that I was a new customer and that the coupon came the same day as the bill. I didn't even get to ask her if they would please honor it. She immediately re-confirmed that I was a new customer and then said absolutely deduct the coupon from the bill and include it with payment. This entire experience is why we will not only refer them to anyone we know who has a plumbing problem but is why we are now their loyal customers. I'm not really sure what the Industry Standard is for hourly plumbing rates, we thought that $98hr was steep but after with my sisters recommendation and seeing that they had a good rating on Angie's List we decided to go with them, but after this experience, I will have to say that we are okay paying for Wymans version of SERVICE! It's so nice to know there are still Service companies out there that take pride in what they provide. Also the ARE fully licensed and offer 24/7 Emergency Service.

Description of Work: UNCLOGGED MAIN DRAIN LINE. 4 YEAR OLD SON HAD FLUSHED A PACKAGE OF WIPES. SCOTT DID A GREAT JOB AND EVEN CLEANED UP THE MESS IN THE TUB AND ON THE FLOOR. HE EVEN SHOWED UP 2 MINUTES EARLY.
