Awesome, Jason was great. I contacted several plumbers from this list, nobody wanted to deal with it. Most didn’t even call back. I called Wyman they were there within 4 hrs , job done in six. Definitely recommend to anyone that has plumbing issues

sink installation was good except sink handle piece was not installed correctly and handle did not work correctly 2 days after install. bathroom tub stems were replaced but no handles were supplied that would fit the stems. I was left with handles that did not fit properly and given no real options by the plumber on how to resolve that. this should have been noted before the work was done, that no handles were available that would fit properly on the stems. the plumber also left quite a mess in both the kitchen and the bathroom - unprofessional.

We were able to get an appointment the very next day, he arrived on time, and fixed the problem with no issues. We were particularly pleased that he was able to help us that quickly given that it was the beginning of a holiday weekend.

The plumbers arrived within the designated time, and diagnosed the problem immediately. Within 30 minutes, the damage was solved. This was after another well known company diagnosed the problem as a cracked water pipe which may be cracked all the way to the water meter but certainly at least 10 feet, and telling me it could have been caused by the water heater and that it needs an expansion tank. Their estimate to replace 6 feet of pipe was $650.00 and $2800 to the water meter, plus several hundred for the tank. Unbelievable!! I highly recommend Wyman Plumbing. They were honest and fairly priced.

They quoted me $900 but charged me $750 at the end. They also kept us informed and got right back with us when we contacted them.

Our water heater is in a very inaccessible place. The plumber who came removed and replaced it while spending most of the time on his knees or sitting on the floor! He was very tidy, obviously very experienced and left us with our new water heater in a shorter time than we expected. We would not hesitate to use Wyman Plumbing again, and will certainly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Someone answered phone when we called. We set a date and time. They called back to change time as soon as they found out they couldn't make it in plenty of time to change my plans. They checked to see if my service was an emergency. I got the feeling that they would have come if it were. They had the needed part on the truck. This is our third experience with this company. The service price, responsiveness, and parts on the truck were the same all three times.

Wants you to sit at home and for them all day. Will never use them because my life does not have that kind of time.

Two men came and worked smoothly and quietly. The one who worked in the hall bathroom said that he could not get the handle off the hot water tap in the tub, which was disappointing. I had a $20-off coupon, and that was pleasant.

We called Wyman in the morning and they sent a plumber over the same afternoon. The fellow was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and honest. He didn't try to sell us anything extra or upgrade anything. We were more than pleased and would certainly call them again.

called for app. waited a week because they were buisy. they showed up went back to shop for parts. returned shortly and installed. all to about an hour.0

The technician and his assistant showed up right on schedule, worked quickly and explained everything to me clearly. A great experience overall.

When the installer arrived, he explained how the process would work and then began immediately. Within 2 hours, the old heater had been removed and the new heater installed and connected. He checked the water connections to be sure there were no leaks and proceeded to clear the air from all the faucets within the house. When the job was finished, I discussed the possibillity of another project. He suggested I call the office and arrange for their estimator (Freddie) to come out. I wanted my laundry (washer and dyer) moved from the kitchen to the garage. The garage and the laumdry area share a common wall. Freddie came out and looked at the project, did some measurement and said he would call with an estimate. No call or estimate...........I was disappointed since I had been very pleased with the hot water jeater installation. I guess they didn't want the job.

Someone from Wyman came out to give me a quote for the plumbing aspects of the job, but there was a separate tile-setter for the shower remodel. It was difficult to pull both pieces together to get a complete quote. At one point, the Wyman rep called me with a verbal quote for the plumbing, but later when I spoke to him about it, he didn't recall giving me those numbers, and gave me higher numbers. I also had a hard time reaching him and getting him to return calls. In the end, the price was comparable to a quote from another company, but the tile-setter charged separately and did not accept credit cards. The shower was the most expensive part of the project, and I wanted to charge it in order to accumulate frequent-flyer points. Wyman would not add the tile-setter's bill to their bill without a huge additional fee. I went with a company who allowed me to charge the entire project on my USAir card. Between the lack of responsiveness and inconvenience regarding credit cards, I wouldn't use Wyman for a remodel project.
