Whitman responded quickly to my initial inquiry, asked the appropriate questions to correctly scope the project and provided a competitive price. Whitman came by prior to finalizing the order to ensure that the awning was correctly sized and to there were no site issues that would complicate the installation. The installation was done professionally and timely and the awning looks and works great!

I think the one thing is when you call him, he answers phone or when you leave a message, he returns call within an hour. Communication is great! Workers do great work. Clean up after themselves and its like they weren't even there.
