I only gave four stars for customer service only because of a huge delay and no communication from the company. It was a supply chain issue that was not their fault but they didnâ t reach out to explain until I called to see why the awning was a month later than promised. If they had initiated communication with me I would have given five stars for all categories. Very nice people and quality of the awning is exactly what ai wanted.

Whitman is easy to talk too.. Even though it was later then promised it came out beautifull. Wouldn't hesitate contacting him again if I had morework.

Price could not be beat. Took several weeks for install. Took one day to install. Very pleased with installation. Sales rep Whitman is a nice guy and responded to all my inquiries.
