I would have given 5 stars, but because there were so many installation issues I have removed a star. Their customer service needs some help.

I would highly recommend them.

The awning looks great ! It took a little bit of time for the awning to come from the manufacturer but it was installed as soon as it arrived.

I hired Surfside Awning as a service to install a Sunsetter Awning. At this point I gave them a lower rating due to the fact that they have not completed the project and I am not should when they will. Since the matter in which they installed the awning, they felt that the items included with the Sunsetter awning package did not need to be installed. However that feeling was not discussed with me at the time of installation. When the installation was completed they failed to leave the parts and instructions that Sunsetter provided to finish the job. Now I have to wait for Surfside to return to our home with the parts in order to complete the job. However that will be when they are in the area.

Whitman was an absolute profession and gentleman as were the two colleagues, they proved estimate and measurements and did the job the way you want the job done and before install measured additional time for accuracy and then followed up to insure were were happy with their performance.
