Arrived on time, worked efficiently and accurately and did on overall great job.

Cost much more than estimate. Said it would cost $329, cost $411. Had trouble with the ring under the toilet. Parts $40, labor extra $45.

They were professional and showed up on time. I am very happy

Josh arrived AHEAD of schedule and was finished with repairing my leaky sink within minutes. He was very fast, clean, friendly and professional. The cost was very reasonable, as well. I will definitely hire them again in the future.

Very happy with Richard's Plumbing. Dawn in the office went out of her way to fit us in when we had only a small time window before leaving for the airport. Richards did an excellent job all around. However, Home Advisor did not. There was a problem with the communication between Home Advisor and the plumbing company. They did not receive what I sent on line to them through your service. They (Richards) said they were working with you folks did get it straightened out.

They were excellent. They saved me $300.

Service was fast and efficient, really impressive as it was late on the day before a holiday. Just don't wait for one of the recommended services to contact you, make the call yourself.

The individuals I interacted with were very polite - My main problem was concerning the estimate and the final billing. The estimate was $750.00 to replace a 25" piece of PVC ( which I thought was high but they explained that this was due to the roots located in the area of the water line) however, the final bill was for $980.00 (31% higher then the estimate) Having owned businesses in the past I do know that an estimate is just a best guess - but i do not recall any of my estimates ever being 31% off. In fact I would be embarrassed to go back to my customer and admit that I was that far off. I guess times have changed . Just take the estimate they provide you with a grain of salt

Responded quickly and resolved the problem efficiently

Drew came within 15 minutes of my call. Found out I had been sold the wrong fixtures and went back to the shop and got me new ones. Fantastic work, very polite and great customer service. A big Thank You to Dawn also. Very helpful and nice

They had to work thru my home warranty company which added complications, but every went very well.

I will hire them again. Greg was on time and he did an excellent job.

I love their approach to customer service and the response was awesome compared to my experience with other plumbers in the DC area. There is no supplier induced demand. I was made aware by Dustin that I could purchase the faulty circuit board for the t(h)ankless hot water heater from the manufacturing company and it was FEDEX'ed overnite to the house. It was installed the next day and problem solved. I asked them to do some other projects which when all added to the same ticket. I will definitely hire then again. Greg, thanks for the great work.

I am going to hire them again

My wife called Richard's Plumbing on Wednesday morning and requested that they come after 4 p.m. because I would be home from work. Jose called ahead of time to let us know he was on the way. He arrived a little after 4 p.m. Jose was professional and courteous and unclogged the kitchen sink drain in a timely manner. It did cost quite a bit to get the job done but I had tried everything I could to get the drain unclogged and it was not budging. Jose says he had to go 48 feet down the pipe to remove the blockage. Thanks Jose for getting our drains flowing again.

When I spoke to Dawn (@ RIchard's) I told her that someone would be home all day. I didn't realize that that meant we would not have an appointment but would be 'taken care of' at some time on Friday. Next time, I'll ask for a time frame.

Richard was excellent to work with. They were on time, courteous, clean and almost spot on with the cost. I was most impressed and have Richard noted as my contact for plumbing needs.
