Richard's Plumbing did a fantastic job from start to finish. They gave me a good idea of cost when I called to inquire about the work. They scheduled the job for me within the time frame I needed the work to be performed. They were flexible when I requested to add on work. Their technician showed up on time and did all the work in a timely manner and for less than I expected to pay. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future when the need arises.

We had a second floor shower leak. Upon taking photos of the problem and sending them to Dawn, we were able to get a quick estimate from Tony. In the midst of the tropical storm Hermine, the work crew arrived. The quality of their work and professionalism were excellent. We would highly recommend Richard's.

Two very hard working young men showed up, did the job and asked if I wanted to inspect their work several times during the job. The workers were very pleasant and took extra steps to make sure the house was not messed up during the job, they opened the slab, replaced a 30 year old shower drain and trap and closed it up in less than 3 hours. they offered advise on how to finish my new shower and gave me some great local fishing tips. All this and they stayed under the estimate and did a great job. I'm very picky when it comes to having work done on my house and I would have this crew work on my house any time. This is the plumber you are looking for.

The original job I had was not for a plumber. Richard's recommended another vendor who I hired. About two weeks later, I had a plumbing job and hired Richard's. Pleased with their service.

this plumber repaired a drain issue that 3 other plumbers could not or would not repair or attempt to repair. If I could give them 6 stars I certainly would!! At this point there is no other plumber on the planet I would call except these guys. If I ever do any remodeling job in the kitchen or bath and need a plumber you can bet it'll be Richards Plumbing!!

This was a really good experience from the initial phone call to the very nice gentleman named Josh who came promptly, worked quickly and was totally great. I will keep the company as my plumbing co. and I will ask for Josh every time. Their rate for replacing my toilet valve and installing 2 new shower heads was fair and reasonable. I recommend them highly to anyone in need.

Employee was late due to coming from west Bradenton when in fact the dispatcher stated they have plumbers in the immediate area on the scheduled date. Employee was very courteous & knowledge of what he was to do. Definitely recommend this company to others.
