I moved recently and had them plumb my existing water softener, p-trap, by pass valves, and install a new cartridge filter. They did a nice job and it works well and looks professional.

Gary was great! Extremely efficient, polite and honest. We had a shower valve replaced, that ended up including replacing the main shut off valve to our house. If we ever need a plumber again, I'm calling him!

I hired Richards plumbing to clear my drain from the curb to the main and clear a bathtub drain. The quoted me ~$140. The plumber arrived and snaked the tube. He broke the snake in the drain but eventually got it out. He then proceeded to tell us that the p trap was broken and would need to be replaced. He said the cast iron tub would have to be destroyed and removed, shower tiles removed, floor tiles removed, vanity and toilet removed. They would jackhammer the floor to get to the old pipes and then replace them with new plastic pipes. I asked for an estimate and the plumber said he doesn’t do estimates and would send someone out. Without sending anyone out the company sent me an estimate via email for $4,553. They charged us $127 and when we asked why it was so much the plumber said that he didn’t even charge us for his broken equipment. Who ever heard of such a thing? I wasn’t satisfied so I went to Home Depot and bought a snake for $23. I almost bought the drain camera that was sitting next to it that was only $99. It took me 10 minutes to clear the drain myself. I went to the business and told them what had happened. They willingly gave me a refund. I told them that it was grossly irresponsible to offer to do that much demolition for over $4k without even using a camera to determine if that was the problem. What a horrible plumber. Absolutely terrible business practices.

I hired them to replace a garbage disposal. They did a great job! They were on time for the job and did great.

Professional. Prompt. Very knowledgeable. Fixed the plumbing problem (that a Home Depot dish washer installer created) and also put us in contact with restoration company that removed damaged cupboards and installed new ones.

Great service. Came to my place on time. Found two leaks, and fixed them both fairly quickly. Great job overall!

We were unsure if we had a leak in our plumbing somewhere in our upstairs bathroom because of a spot on our ceiling downstairs just under the upstairs bathtub. So we called Richard's. He came out investigated the spot we found and also determined it was somewhere near the upstairs bathtub. But was a little hesitate it was a water stain. Never less he went upstairs and spent approx one hour and found everything dry with no evidence of any leak. The builder of the house did not make an entry door to the plumbing for the tub so he made one so that he could see in and around the tub area. He also placed a towel in the doorway that he made to be on the safe side and asked me to check it in a couple of days or if someone uses the shower for any evidence of any leakage. He was determined to find something but said everything looked ok, he was very neat in his job and cleaned up everything. He said the next step would have to be going in though the ceiling from down stairs and he did not want to do that as this point because he could find any cause as of now. he asked us to keep any eye on the spot and the towel for now and to call if anything changes. He was very honest.

Jose was extremely pleasant and knew his stuff. Completed job in a very timely fashion.

Jose was very friendly and did an excellent job. He installed 2 toilets for me as well as putting on the seats I had purchased for them for no extra charge.
