I called at 8 am because my water heater was no longer operating (after only 7 yrs) .I was plesantly surprised to see a plumber at my door 30 minutes later- really !. He diagnosed the problem and replaced it with a new heater .All work was very professional and a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Richard's Plunbing Inc

I called Richards at 9 AM, They had their plmber there with a new water heater before 11 AM, and he finshed the installation by 2:30 PM. He was very careful to protect our floor and carpet, was pleasant, and did an excellent job of installation.

Super personnel with excellent skills and knowledge. Really enjoyed the whole process. They were quick to respond - a 5 STAR job done perfectly, cleanly and courteously.

Called within an hour after I posted on Home service and was even able to come within a few hours even though tis was not an emergency. Calvin worked diligently and replaced the faucets and garbage disposal in a timely manner. I also asked what I should do to two leaking toilet tanks, and I told heim that I already had replaced the flappers, but he still replaced them with ones he had. and that seems to have taken care of the problem on one of the toilets, but the other is still leaking from time to time, although much less often than before. so maybe there is an additional problem with that one. All in all I am very pleased with the work.

Jose was awesome, really knew his stuff, and was very informative. Would defintely recommend Richards to others, in fact I already have.

Customer service was excellent. They went over and above for me. They made a recommendation to further assist me and then followed up a few days later to see if everything was fixed. When I said no they followed up with the company they recommended to ensure my problem was resolved. They really helped me especially since I don't live in fl. That kind of help at no cost to them was invaluable to me. I cannot say how impressed I was by what they did for me. I would highly recommend them to others.

The plumber arrived on time, installed a new toilet and completely cleaned up the work site - and removed all of the old materials. Completely satisfactory job.

Jose did an excellent job and discussed and explained everything he suggested and all the work he did. We had to replace shower valves and were only a bit dissapointed since he had only one style on his truck (which was kinda plain) Also had a toilet replaced. Excellent workmanship. I think I finally found a good plumber

Richard's Plumbing was excellent and their customer service was outstanding!

My project took about 2 days to finish. The first day Calvin showed up and did an outstanding job; then, on the second day David finished up the job. I had a shower drain, laundry tub trap and lavatory pop-up drain repair/replaced, and replaced the main water pipe in garage w/copper with new ball valve. WOW...what a beautiful job. Very pleasant and efficient job. I plan to have Richard's Plumbing Repair number on hand for future use. Great company to do business with. Thanks for a job well done!!

Professional service, yet the fee is steep

Our water heater started leaking one evening. I shut it down and called Richard's first thing the next morning. A very pleasant plumber was sent in very short order and he went about his work very efficiently and professionally. The water heater replacement cost me the same amount as I saw a couple of days later in a competitor's ad (the ad had a coupon worth $50.00).

Pleasant, professional but overpriced......not sure I needed TWO trap doors(one new) to access faucet/drain; workman was absent from job site (to get supplies?) that I would have thought were available on his truck; VERY slow with cleanup, costing me more. In addition, he walked off with excess materials provided in kit I had supplied that should have been left for my use or disposal.
