they are closest to us and he called yesterday - right after it came up on my computer and they were here and fixed the sink faucet at 8 A.M. I feel the service was even more than I had hoped. We will definitely call them any time we need a plumber!

The plumber looked at the broken faucet went to his truck brought in the correct tools and had it fixed in 1/2 hours. Being a widow I have had so many repair people try to talk me into something I didn't need or want or try to over charge me. That was NOT the case with Richards his worker even wrote on the bill what the part type and name was. Thery made it stress free for me. I now have a great plumber!! Thank you

All the employees were very professional. On sight plumber showed up ahead of schedule and ensured we were satified with the way the plumbing was operating before he finished the job.

Good service to replace an old water heater.

Arrive on time and finished the work within 30 min. He also added a 'screw-on' conncection so that I can replace it myself if it leaks again....which was a nice touch.

I don't even know what to say!! I used the request a quote on this site at 11:30pm as non emergency and had a call first thing in the morning. Was able to explain my issue and get a quote in 10 minutes. That was 9 am by 1:30 pm my new Hot Water heater was in and priming up. They even let me know my original one was over-sized for my home. Price was right on the money with the online project estimators i looked at as well. I just can't say enough about the service and excellence shown by Richard's and will be recommending them to everyone.

Prompt and explained repair process

Had a plumbing issue with outside waterfall, isuues resolved with 2 hrs of contacting Richards Plumbing, Serviceman was very profressional and knowageable in resolving the issue at a reasonable rate for same day service ....would use this company in future concerning plumbing issues

Returned call within 30 min. of my request. Came to the house within two days. Replaced exterior hose bib. Polite and knowledgeable young man. Excellent service.

I had to call a second time to make the appointment., apparently HomeAdvisor did not contact Richard Plumbing. The plumber arrive on time performed his task quickly & efficiently.
