Description of Work: Did nothing. I gave up trying to schedule him after six months. He could not fit me in to even come by to see what had to be done.

Description of Work: Did not do any services. What I needed was not part of the deal. The business owner was very kind and explained everything that was included in the deal and that the services I needed required permitting. He was very nice.

Description of Work: As agreed, provider caulked 2 bathtubs. In addition, he caulked around a bathroom vanity by special request.

Description of Work: He came to install a fan. The first thing that happened, in going through the parts in the box was that he pulled out the globe, misjudged its size, and in putting it down broke it on the terrazzo floor. I was not totally concerned about that since I needed a running fan more than a fan with a light. When he tried to wire the fan in, the light came on and it did not spin. In full disclosure, I had tried previously to put up the same fan, and upon hitting the power, gotten sparking, after which I immediately turned power off. That experience is why I called this person in, and I told him of my previous experience. And he did check the wires. At this point we assumed the fan was fried. | |Went to Home Depot got another fan and a remote. Had their contractor put it in at much greater cost. They sent two people, who upon checking the wiring found one of the wires had a low voltage running through it...which may have been why the first fan did not spin, but I will never know that. In any event the fan installed is now working. | |I went with the Home Depot contractor because I had good experience with companies that work with them in the past, and at that point I wanted it done.

Description of Work: Replace all door knobs and locks for exterior doors. Adjusted doors to eliminate gaps. This very thorough. Job well done. Would use again.

Description of Work: Fixed a poorly installed front door and referred us to their kitchen remodel service.

Description of Work: Installed a front door handle and 4 bedroom handles. It went fine. It was hard for him to fit this little job into his schedule. He's in Tampa and I'm in Largo.

Description of Work: redid and replaced old caulk in bathroom and kitchen. very nice and neat

Description of Work: The painted doors and trim inside the home. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely use again in the future if the need arises.

Description of Work: I had them renovate my basement. My basement was completely unfinished. Had them erect some walls, put up a new ceiling, add recessed lights, etc. I supplied the doors, flooring and light fixtures. The owner, Bob Knotout, came out to do the review of the project and provide a quote. He was also there the first day. From then on out, I basically dealt with four guys. Two handled framing, drywall, trim work and flooring. Two others handled the electrical. Both sets of guys were great to deal with and did excellent work. The owner was a bit hard to get a hold of; notified me late in the project he was having a serious family issue and apologized for his non-responsiveness. Wasn't a huge deal because he has a great team. The guys I dealt with were pretty good about getting back with me. The job took roughly 6 weeks. Truthfully I think it could have been completed much faster had the coordination been a bit better, but I think it was due to the owner being unexpectedly called away. Regardless the end product was great and I would absolutely use these gentlemen again.

Description of Work: Bob Kontout was contracted for a complete bathroom remodel. This included demolition, hauling debris, drywall, plumbing, electrical work, tile installation, toilet and vanity installation.
