Work involved replacing existing ceiling fan that required cutting through ceiling to attach vent tubing to a newly installed roof vent. Work was done efficiently, ceiling repaired and matched to existing color, and everything cleaned up.

My bathroom came out absolutely beautiful. It was beyond my expectations. Everything that Bob said he was going to do he did. He was on time and completed the job in the time frame which he had told us. This is almost impossible to find in Florida. I have never had a contractor finish work in time! Bob is very meticulous which shows in his work. I cannot say enough good things and how pleased I am with my new bath.

My Brothers & I wanted to get her an ice maker and a new dishwasher. The gentleman installed them at no extra charge.

Beautifully! I received good suggestions for choices on cabinetry and lighting and, where to look for the floor tile and lighting. I made my own decisions and the work was done efficiently and on time. I would not hesitate to recommend Residential Services to anyone looking to remodel a kitchen, baths and flooring and lighting upgrades.

Bob has completed several renovations in my condo over the last few years. I consider myself to be fortunate to have found him on Angie’s List. I found him to be courteous, professional and well-skilled—all at a fair price. I felt confident that he would do a good job as soon as I met him. I hope he will continue to be available for future jobs.

Bob and his employee were prompt and professional. The work began first thing in the morning and was completed the same day. They cleaned up everything that was created by their work. I will definitely call them again for any other work needed.

There were several glitches due to the existing construction of the condo, but Bob handled them quickly and at minimum cost. He and his tile expert, Matt Mazurek, did a fantastic job. They managed to finish early so that my condo was ready for me when I arrived in Florida. I would not hesitate to hire either one of them again. In fact, Bob and I have already discussed a project for next year.

Bob worked well with us in using vanities and tile that we had ordered from local suppliers and on the Internet. Work was skillfully completed. Some of the workmen were not careful about cleaning up so it was a messy job overall.

Bob did an excellent job and came in on budget. We are very pleased with the results. We have had many nice compliments on the finished product. We will definitely use him in the future for our remodeling needs.

Arrived on time, nice guy. Worked hard while here, removing old caulking around tub and shower. However, after a few months the caulking around the tub started to brown separate along the front of the tub, where easily seen. I called the provider back and asked him to return to clean it up when he could. Have not heard from him in several months. So the job was poorly done, and not followed up.

He was excellent in every capacity of being a complete contractor. I could not find a sign of anything that wasn't first class.

He was on-time, professional, and everything was completed to my satisfaction. Highly Recommended!

It went great. Bob worked hard, was very neat and did a great job of re-caulking. I'd recommend him any day. I had purchased the Angies List Big Deal for $99 for 2 hours of caulking and it was worth every penny.

Provider quickly sized up the projects at hand and developed workable and aesthetically pleasing solutions. Very personable and cooperative gentleman.

Bob arrived on time and gave me an estimate for several jobs that were left over from our remodel 2 years ago. He was fair on his pricing, we hired him and he worked quickly thru the to-do list. He is a contractor with many years of experience so he has great ideas and can answer all your questions. He had two subcontractors that were excellent as well. I would not hesitate to call Bob for my next project, small or large.

Bob came out to assess the work and promptly provided an estimate. Scheduling to meet my needs was no problem and the work was performed without any difficulties. Professional, prompt, and reliable. I would definitely recommend and contact him again for future needs.

Bob arrived exactly when he said he would. This already was a plus! I had a list for this gentleman ( and he is an absolute gentleman) that I wasn't sure he could finish in the time allotted. He completed the entire list in less than 5 hours. The man is amazing!! I will use his services again, but for much more complicated tasks. He is a true craftsman.
