One of them was an Angie’s List special and I paid $124 for 2 bedrooms. The other one has more carpeting and I paid $191 for 2 bedrooms and a living room. We used other carpet people and these guys stand out from the other carpet people. I’m very happy with them. Harry came out yesterday and he really worked on a few stubborn stains and he got them out and we’re very happy with that. They were much more reasonable than most of the carpet cleaners we've used in the past.

I did fine with them. They are prompt and reasonably priced. I've been happy. I've only used them a few times but they have been fine for me. The workers are nice. I think they own their own company. They are very polite and cover their shoes. It is everything I would expect. I have no complaints. The price is average; it is a value for me.

men arrived--1 was a trainee. they were later than originally scheduled due to equipment problems but they had called to advise. No problem -- they were actually only 1/2 hour late. They cleaned the chairs satisfactorily. They were very nice to deal with and I will not hesitate to use them again.

from the phone call to make the appt. to paying the bill the communication and process was smooth and professional. With several rentals I find Quality has the best.

They were very professional, we had a small mix up in the address but once I called them they immediately got someone out to the correct address. They also gave me a credit for the delay. The guy that came out was excellent he did a very good job everything came out great.

They are a wonderful company and we will use them again. We called them one day and they were here, on time, the next. They looked the areas over and gave us their price (which included a discount), and went to work immediately. We then asked them to give a price for a covered chair and ottoman in the living room, it was reasonable and they cleaned it next. There were a few pet stains and THEY GOT THEM OUT!! We have used other carpet cleaners with poor results, but Quality Counts is the only company we will use in the future. We had used them once before and they performed in a professional manner with attention to to detail as well as this time. With no hesitation we recommend them highly.

Next day service, even during a holiday week. Eric was a thorough perfectionist, taking over 2 hours to complete a beautiful job. I am sure any service they would perform would be so done. Thank you Angie's List for recommending the quality provider.

prof service and punctual. he worked hard to get stains out of my couches that my dog had been wiping her face on for a year or two. I would use them again.

We asked him to take two rugs from our home to clean. I asked him to treat the smaller rug to stop the dogs from peeing on them and the smaller rug came back clean. However, the other rug came back completely dirty. I took a rag and scrubbed them myself – and the rag was black. When I called him back, he was very disrespectful and combative. I’ve never been talked to like that in my life. He came back and took the rug for another cleaning. I wasn’t there when he brought the rug back and he told my granddaughter that I was in denial. I had taken my dogs to Indiana with me and he tried to tell me that the dogs were on the rug. When he dried my rug, he hung it over the pole. Now, I’ve got a ridge through the middle of my rug and have to put heavy things on it to make it lay flat. When I called him about it, he told me to re-roll it the other way. I wouldn’t recommend him, especially to anyone who is elderly. He doesn’t know how to talk to people.

After reading the reviews on Angie's List we chose this company and didn't bother to get any other estimates. Called them on Thursday and they came on Friday. Mike, the technician, was on time and before starting work he explained the difference between "dry cleaning" and "steam cleaning". We opted for the "steam". He measured the carpets, and instead of a "guesstimate" we were pleased to see in the brochure he gave us that they charge by the sq. ft. The brochure also lists prices for other services like Upholstery Cleaning, Tile/Grout Cleaning, Draperies, etc. Great to find a company that doesn't charge "what the traffic will bear" and you never know if you are being ripped off. Mike got to work and we now have really, really clean carpets. He was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

It went very well, 2 pleasant young me turned up on time and quickly started to clean my carpets, Mike explained as he went along why he was either steam cleaning or dry cleaning. They both moved heavy furniture and put it back when finished. Both Mike and Trenton were very polite and professional I would not hesitate to have them back and to recommend them to any one wanting carpets/upholstery/tile cleaning. Thank you guys x

Eric was on time, explained the cleaning process used by his compay, and then took his time to ensure all areas were thoroughly cleaned. He managed to get out some stains on our upstairs carpet that we had given up on. The carpet looked nearly new again when he was finished. Unlike some large national companies we've used in the past who are in and out in 30-45 minutes, Eric took his time - was here nearly 3 hours cleaning everything. Outstanding job overall and we will definitely use him and Quality Counts for all future cleaning.

Excellent service. Mike called to let me know he was running a few minutes late. He was professional, courteous, and thorough. The carpet never looked better!

They were great. They came out a month or two ago. They were great and the guy was very nice. He did a nice job, he was courteous. He was on time. It was just one guy. I would give him top marks across the board. The price was reasonable.

I think it was a pretty reasonable price. A friend of ours had the same company and they said they were really pleased with them. We've had our carpet cleaned before but not by this company. My wife actually talked to them, I didn't but I'm sure they were professional.

We were very happy with the service they provided us. They were prompt, very professional and really took a concern to making sure we would be happy with the end result. We had to call them back for one small area that needed to be worked on a little more and they came right out and very pleasant about it. In fact, he did more than we expected. The floors look wonderful!

The technician arrived early after calling first to make sure it was okay. He descibed all our options without any sales pressure, then went ahead and did a thorough cleaning of the carpets in two rooms and finished with a stain retardant. Our rugs had really bad traffic wear and that couldn't be completely removed, but overall they look much cleaner and brighter than they have in years. The fellow was very pleasant and knowledgeable and took the time to do it right. He even cleaned four dining-room chairpads without charging us. We are delighted to have found this company and plan to use it from now on.

Called for estimate. Team came out, moved necessary furniture, stretched, and reinstalled carpet in living room and bedroom. Excellent results.

I was completely happy with them. They were very professional and showed up on time. They removed some stains and used a dry cleaning technique. They explained everything to me in a polite manner and moved furniture to ensure a thorough cleaning. They were also able to answer any and all questions for me.

They came to clean within 2 hours of my call. The cleaning was in a large upstairs and took six hours. All prep and work was done without any demands on me. 7am old and was injured so 7m most grateful for their professionalism.

I called Quality Counts after seeing their truck in our complex several times and talking to customers who had just had them across the street. They were very pleased with the service and result they received. I had gotten 2 estimates for the job, one business never came to the house and estimated cost over the phone. Quality Counts gave me a date in the same week they could come & see the house, estimate cost that day and do the work on the spot if we so desired .I told the person on the phone that I usually solicited only people on Angies List. They were undert the incorrect impression you had to pay to be on Angies LIst. and had not checked it out. We had an 8am apt, which they kept right on time. Eric was very informative about options we had for cleaning today and I inquired about tile and grout cleaning in the future. He carefully measured the rooms and looked at the furniture to be cleaned Many pieces needed pre spot treatment.. He helped us empty the closets and was very considerate of my Mom who is 87 and has some balance issues and is Hard of Hearing. He worked.31/2 hours with no breaks and was very methodical about doing one room at a time and not creating tripping hazards in the house. Eric .seemed to have a very efficent process in how he organized the work. It was a very humid day. Eric cleaned and took off so much of the moisture in the fabric that everything dried by that evening. Every piece he did came out great, even the white carpet in the bedroom that I thought was hopeless. He used 2 processes on that rug to get it back. It looked like NEW! Eric did a great deal of work with minimum disruption to our home. We got great value and excellent results.I found that they also do RV carpets which we will need in the future. We will definitely call them again.
