Showed up ontime as promised, gave me the price before he started, completed all the work in a professional manner. Flawless execution i would definitely recommend them!!

Quality Counts Carpet and Tile Cleaners arrived promptly. They were careful not to get their cleaning product on the carpet that abuts the kitchen tile. The tile looks so much better than it did before. They put a sealer over it, so I won't have to get it professionally cleaned again anytime soon. And there was a follow-up phone call to ask if I were satisfied with the service, I am, indeed, very satisfied.

They did a good job and did what I expected.

We were trying to decide whether we should keep the kitchen tile when we remodel in January. The representative (Stan, I think) came out & cleaned the kitchen tile & grout without any problem. After the tile dried, we have now decided to keep the tile....it looks brand new. After remodeling is completed, I will have this company come back and clean, not only the kitchen tile, but the laundry room, foyer and hall bath tile. I even received a call two days after the job was complete to see if everything went well and did I have any complaints. I am extremely happy with professionalism, friendliness, and courtesy shown with this company and their employees. I highly recommend them.

This is the second time we have used Quality Counts. They come on time, do a first class job and are very professional. They even removed an old glue stain left by the vinyl installers that I thought would be there forever.

They did good work. The first thing they do is ask what our needs are. The cost of service was excellent. I would absolutely use them in the future.

I waited a couple of days to ensure the rug was dry before I vacuumed it (even though Steve said it should be dry within 3-4 hours). After I vacuumed the rug, I realized the stain was still there and had grown in size. I called the office again and the dispatcher was very glad I had called back, reassured me there were still several solutions they could try and asked for a chance to send someone out again. He made an appointment for 2 days out. The same technician, Steve, was assigned. He called to say he was running late and would be there about 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Again, he was very thorough and efficient, even treating another area of the rug that seemed discolored. He used a different product on the rug, something I think he called Haitian cotton carpet cleaner, which he said was a brightener. The stain is now gone and the rug looks like new again. There is a slight area where the fibers appear to have been 'worked over' more than the rest of the rug, but I haven't vacuumed it yet, so it may look fine after that. However, having said that, it looks 100% better than it did and I am very pleased with the results. I have recommended them to my mom who wants to have her carpets cleaned, and I would definitely use them again.

, Erik arrived as scheduled . First , he was professionally attired , polite and extremely knowledgeable . He explained the difference between the 2 types of cleaning process and recommended the one that best suited my needs . He measured the area and informed me of the cost to clean . He told me of the other services such as deodorizing and scotch guarding , never pressuring me to purchase . The process took about 1 hour to complete . Having used other companies before , most with coupons or promises of discounts , I have found a company that I will only use going forward . Their quality of work and professionalism surpasses anything I have experienced in the past . Do yourself a favor and look no further , call them for your cleaning needs .

Rick came to my condo and did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. They smell wonderful and look fantastic. No more stains and sticky feeling. He was very professional and took his time in the process of cleaning the carpets. He really cared about doing a good job and asked me when he was done to inspect it and let him know if I had any questions. The next day Rick called me to confirm I was happy with the job that he did and he "thanked me for his business". Wow! He is #1 in Customer Service. I cant remember when I was treated so good. A few days later I got a letter in the mail from him again thanking me for his business. This company deserves A++++ in the business. He did a wonderful job, made sure the customer was happy, and followed up with a phone call and letter again thanking me for his business. I would highly recommend him and use him again in the future. Will tell my friends about him too.

The guys were very polite and professional. They were on time and did a great job. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work, everything looked great from the floor to the chairs! I would recommend this company to anyone and feel confident that they too will be very happy with the results.

I made a call to Quality Counts and Rick, the owner, answered and he was very professional and a bit humorous. Our tech, Eric showed up a few minutes early, which was fine. He was very personable. He went through the house with me as I told him what needed cleaning and what I wanted treated with scotch guard. He took measurements as we went through each room and then calculated the price, which I feel was appropriate. He did give us a discount for being Angie's List members which was even better! Eric then got to work. He vacuumed all of the carpeting, including moving some furniture to get underneath and he also vacuumed the two couches, getting in the crevices too. Our carpets and couches were meticulous. Eric took his time and it showed because everything really did look brand new again! I would highly recommend Quality Counts and our tech, Eric to anyone who may be looking to have their carpets and upholstery cleaned. When I am ready to have my tile cleaned, they will be the ones that I call to do the work!

Excellent job. Just bought home and planned on replacing carpet but after they were done it looked like new. Excellent and would recommend them to anyone.

It went great. They answered the call on the first ring, made the appointment for the next day and did everything as they should have. They told me that some stains are just simply un-removable from certain fabrics and if they weren't able to get it out but I found someone else who could, they would reimburse me my money. They knew their job well and even gave me pointers about other furniture pieces which saved me lots of money on refurbishing my other furniture instead of paying hundreds of dollars to refinish or paint them.

We received a return call from on Tuesday April 29th and was given an appointment for mid-day Wednesday. Eric, the Technician, called during the morning and said that he was held up and indicated that he would be at our house by 1pm. He arrived shortly before 1pm and after going into detail on our choices ,he provided immediate and thorough answers to our several questions and he also gave us prices for various options together with his recommendations. We made a decision, agreed on a price and he was at work within 15mins of arrival. He was a 1 man wonder - producing at least 4 different pieces of equipment with the necessary accessories, all from his extremely neatly packed and well organized minivan, and executing the work in a very professional manner. We were impressed by the final outcome

Quality Counts was first recommended to me by my rental manager (as I own a vacation rental property near the beach). I have had them come out on several occasions throughout the last 9 years to clean my carpet and upholstery, which gets heavy abuse being close to the beach/sand and having an ever changing set of renters in the unit. The outcome is always outstanding. Upon purchasing our own home here in Florida, and seeing that the grout was in pretty bad shape, I had them come out to scrub the grout and steam clean the tile, as the previous owner had dogs and was a heavy smoker. The tile itself came out very well, and I felt comfortable walking around in my bare feet for the first time. The grout was more challenging, as some of the staining did not come out completely, but overall I think they did their very best and I got the best result I could have hoped for, considering the terrible state it was in. Anyone considering hiring Quality Counts should know that Rick and his team are the epitome of professional. They answer calls promptly, are usually able to come out for an estimate within a few days time (if not the very same day), and they take precautions to protect your property while they work. They are very meticulous and thorough, and I have never felt like they were rushing through the job so they could get to the next one. The bottom line: I highly recommend Quality Counts, and you should certainly consider them for your carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning projects.

Arrived on time and did an excellent job of cleaning the area rug. Since it was made of wool i was a little concerned about cleaning it with water. Its still not completely dry and is in the garage with a fan blowing on it before i bring it in the house. The owner really seems to care about his customers from my conversations with him and for that reason and the quality of the work that was done i would not hesitate to use this company in the future.
