Description of Work: My dog had vomited onto a light colored area rug. I tried several different things to remove the stain but it was still there. I contacted Quality Counts through their website. Fortunately for me, they had a cancellation and were able to come immediately. The technician cleaned the entire rug and then suggested Scotchguarding it in case of future incidents. If I look hard, I can still see the stain a little bit but it is much MUCH better looking than it was. I would use them again and I would recommend them to others.

Description of Work: After reviewing all the carpet cleaner's in my area (on Angie''s List) I elected to call Quality Counts Carpet, Upholstery & Tile Cleaning on December 14th (a Friday) and their Man was here on time, December 17 (Monday). The representative listened to our concerns and looked the areas over well. The champagne colored carpet had been stained by our puppy. Also, there was a darkening in another area due to it being a traffic area. He told us what he expected the outcome would be and promised to do everything possible to clean the carpeting. He went right to work and the carpet had been cleaned much better than it had ever been cleaned. This is a "quality" service that strives to be the best so that they get repeat business. We will use their service again in the future!

I had to ask their technician to come back out once to get some spots but that has nothing to do with the owner of the company; it was his worker. They are hard workers and are prompt; he was more than willing to go back and hit some spots extra. I probably will use them again in the future.
