DID A VERY GOOD JOB

Bryan came for the estimate on time. Right away I felt good about him. He emailed me the proposal. The website had a 10% discount for us members, I asked him about it, he had forgotten that I was a member. He resent the final proposal with no hesitation, and the 10% was taken off. He got to work shortly there after. Day 1 was removal of the old tub & tile. Bryan was VERY clean, throughout the whole job. The new tile, tub & fixture install looks great. It took six days. Bryan was not the lowest price, but I felt very comfortable with him.

Our experience with Bryan of McHugh's Residential Construction was better than we had expected. Can't say enough goods things about the kid. Bryan was punctual in both coming over to give us estimate and when he actually came over to do the job. Bryan does good quality work and didn't cut any corners. Stayed late to finish the job in one day. We plan on hiring Bryan to complete some additional home improvements later this summer.

Bryan and Matt hung the drywall, taped and finished the seams and fine textured the ceiling. Bryan came the same day I called for an estimate, provided the estimate that evening and completed the work the same week (due to a cancellation in his schedule). They were prompt, courteous, professional and even soothed my little chihuahua when she was afraid of the thunderstorm and I had left the house to run errands. Bryan's estimate was well below the other estimate I obtained, he was honest and fair and his work was quality work. I have since had him estimate two more projects in our home and will use him again and again as needed. I like being able to trust a contractor and know that I am getting what I am paying for. Needless to say, I am more than impressed by this young contractor and wish him many successes in the future.

No problems. I called and left a message, Bryan called back within a few hours. We were able to schedule an estimate within a few days. He was on time and had a good price. Got the work scheduled and completed quickly after that. He was very easy to work with for scheduling. He came out, did his work, cleaned up, and left. No issues.

The project went very well. We provided all materials and fixtures and Bryan came in and did the demolishing of the bathroom and removed all debris. Bryan did the project from start to finish. He did an excellent job on the project. We were so pleased with his work that we hired him to come in and replace all the doors in our house as well as all the casing and all the baseboards. Bryan did an excellent job on that project as well. We will definitely hire Bryan again when we are ready to remodel our second bathroom and our kitchen.

He was nice on the phone but didn't show up for an estimate appointment.

Very, very happy with the outcome, Bryan came out for the initial quote, gave us a fair price even though I threw an impossible deadline at him. Completed the job on time without a hitch. Excellent workmanship.

Excellent. Very professional and very pleased with workmanship. Bryan had access to my home when I was at work - felt very comfortable leaving him free access to home. Mess was confined to work areas and all areas were cleaned when work was completed. Work was completed in a timely manner, all calls were returned promptly. Bathroom is beautiful!! I have additional work to be done and plan on calling Bryan to do the work.

Project went well, cost and material estimate provided in advance. I purchased the crown moulding and fan, while Bryan provided the other material. Due to manufacturers fault the crown moulding profile was not accurate. Some of this had to be returned.

Project went very well. Bryan came out and made measuremet and provided estimate which included some material. The door was ordered and installed when received.

After satisfactorily completing a major remodeling job on 2 bathrooms, I asked Brayn to do the additional work on short notice as we had a renter coming in and I was traveling. I arranged for him to have access, he went in on a Saturday, within 2 days notice and performed the installation. There was a slight problem with two of the fixtures and he returned the next day after being notified to correct.

After weeks of interviewing other contractors who were charging an excessive amount we came upon Bryan. We submitted to him the job outline via email who provided an immediate response and quotation. He then came out to the job site and increased his estimate by $300 due to material he would need to purchase to remove popcorn ceiling install the "knock-down" ceiling. Bryan showed up on time on each occasion, had complete access to the unit and performed the work within the estimated time while performing additional task without cost not included on the original job outline. He was very professional, insisted on being paid at end of job which lasted 3 weeks. This was a labor only job, yet he purchased about $600 worth of material and did not insist on immediate reimbursement. These attributes makes a big difference as the property which is beach front rental is about 1 hr. from where we live. All the task perform were executed well. We will definitely use Bryan again.

I had him remodel my bathroom a few weeks ago and asked him to come back and replace my sliding glass door with French doors and also fix some walls that were damaged. He came when he said he would and did an excellent job. You can't even tell that the walls had any damage to them and the French doors look perfect. He was also very polite once again.

I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. The bathroom looks excellent and the front door looks and works perfect. The man was extremely polite and clean cut. He finished everything in a timely fashion and did everything he said he was going to do and more. Replacing the wood that had gotten wet in the shower walls was not included in the bid and he didn't charge me extra for it. He was always here when he said he was going to be and was very professional. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone to do anything to their home.
