You could not find a better company. Dan worked until 10:00 pm to make sure we had power for my 91 year old mother-in law. Work conditions were awful because of the heat, mosquitoes and fire ants.We have used this company in the past to wire a shop and other small projects around the house and they have always gone above and beyond to provide the best service.

I will always look to Luminous first. John, the owner, and Jerry (who knows everything according to everyone at Luminous and also me, since he managed my first job with them) — these people couldn't be more helpful, attentive, kind....Need I go on? Oh, right! Their work is first rate.

It didn't seem so efficient. He just have to replace 3 lights and it takes 2 hrs. Price was high, not reasonable.

I was very pleased with the outcome. It was a process that dragged on longer than I had hoped, but they stayed on it and did it right. I'd definitely hire them again if I have other electrical work to be done, and I'd recommend them to others. They're fair, conscientious, reasonable and do a good job.

Work was professionally and quickly completed. Crew of two were friendly and well groomed. They had good communications skills and let me know what to expect.

I used this on my sons house because he was getting ready to sell it. We went out and bought the things because it was for labor only. The things that needed to be updated. The guy came out and was there for about an hour. It was a good deal. Just one tech came out and was there about an hour which that was what the coupon was for.

We asked for a under cab strip lights quote for small kitchen and it was almost 2,000 and we did not accept Their service is good, but too expensive for us to consider in future and will speak with friends for referrals

Beyond excellent. If I could give this company and Keith, my technician more than 5 stars and an A+++ rating I would. Everything about this company is a pleasure...from scheduling with Lisa, to their immediate responsiveness, to their prompt arrival, to their job pricing, to the cleanup, to their guarantee, to the paperwork they left behind. Both Keith and Lisa were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. I will tell everyone I know about the amazing experience I've just had with Luminous Electric. I can't imagine ever having anyone else ever do work for me!! Wonderful!!

I've lived in this house for 25 years and wasn't told there was an issue with my breaker in the back when I bought the house. I hired this company and paid them in full to fix the issues. I had to cancel several appointments due to illness and other issues, and they finally were supposed to come this Friday at 1:30pm in the afternoon. They called me today and said they sent my check back. I have until Friday to have these issues fixed before I lose my home insurance. I really don't understand why they cancelled this last appointment! They've really left me in a tough position.

Jesse and Dan arrived on time and were very professional. They do quality work and clean up when they're done. I would definitely hire them again.

Luminous Electric is fabulous! I intend to keep using them...and have just signed up for another service call. My needs go far beyond the discounted amount in Angieslist, so it's really expensive: about $1800 for almost two days. So bringing them back will be expensive, but I can't imagine using anyone else if these folks are available. I've saved up so that I can afford the repairs and installations necessary.

They did excellent work. They were very nice people.

I got an estimate from them months ago from Mr. Travis. I called a couple a weeks ago, but Travis is no longer works there. They sent a technician last week with the estimate that Travis gave, and the estimate the technician gave was a lot lower than the one they originally gave! They were very nice, and only looked at the things that I told them too.

What a great experience as a homeowner. Luminous Electric exceeded my expectations. Lisa handled my phone call quickly and professionally, and managed to get the technician out to my house in less than two hours from my call. The technician, Keith, was prompt and professional. He explained everything he was going to do to get the repairs done that we needed, and told me the final price before the work began. He even politely put up with the barking from my dogs! I definitely consider Luminous Electric to be my go-to electrical company from now on.Thank you!

It was a pleasure having Luminous Electric service my electrical needs. My Service Tech. Jerry Mullius was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, on time, and cleaned up upon completion of the job.

We had a lot of things wrong electrically with our new condo. He came in professionally and thoroughly remedied the issues. He corrected plugs, ceiling fans, upgraded electrical sockets. He made sure that everything was safe. He is very helpful, economical, trustworthy, reliable, and professional. He really is great and I will highly recommend him.

Although pricey, very very good job. Worth the money.
