Description of Work: They installed a ceiling fan on our patio, rewired a switch to a ceiling fan inside, and installed a whole-house surge protector. The cost included the surge protector. They were friendly, professional and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use them in the future when I need electrical work done.

Description of Work: They changed a swapped out a light switch for one on the other side of the room that was a dimmer switch. They wired for under-cabinet lighting, and they put in a receptacle in the garage. They told them it was for a compressor and other power tools, yet we realized later that they had hooked it into a circuit that was only for 15 amps, which was also for all the lights in the garage. When we asked them to come back out, they said it would cost $450 MORE to accomplish what we had asked for.

Description of Work: Way more expensive than 2 other electricians both of whom had A+ ratings with local Better Business Bureau. They installed an outside outlet (which I supplied), put in a junction box and three inside outlets. They were very polite, neat and on time; it was my fault that I authorized as much work as they did without getting other bids-I was anxious to get work done so I could start kitchen remodel. I had rest of work done by another electrician (A+ rating, licensed and insured) for half what they estimated!

Description of Work: Ran electric wiring from subpanel through yard to greenhouse.

Description of Work: Paul arriver on time (as usual) and diagnosed the problems with the circuit breaker panel and swim-spa electrical panel. He replaced five defective circuit breakers and installed a home electrical security surge protector. This is the second extensive service and repair job that has been done by Luminous and I am very happy with their service.
