Description of Work: Technician, Daniel, arrived at designated time and installed a surge protector. Very pleasant experience, Daniel explained the operation and maintenance procedure to us. Answered any questions we had. We encountered a problem later in the day and contacted the company to resolve the problem. They assured us Daniel would be back on Monday to check it out. He did come as promised, corrected the problem and found another possible problem that should be taken care of. He explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and the cost to do it. We agreed it needed correcting and told him to go ahead with the work. After he completed that job, we asked him to check to be sure the original problem was resolved (Night security lights and solar controlled street lamp). He checked all of them to be sure they were operable. We are really happy with the service and the Technician. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and I will certainly call them again if I encounter an electrical problem.

Description of Work: Luminous replaced the original 1978 electrical panel in my garage with a new 200amp panel. They installed new ground and a whole house surge protector. The two gentlemen took their time, worked all day and completed a very professional job. I would use them for any electrical work in the future.

Description of Work: The wired an attic thermostat, fan & switch. Installed an attic outlet and light with switch. Installed two four outlet wall boxes. I had most of the parts and materials - conduit, boxes, outlets, switches. They provided some of the extra wire and some connectors. Only disappointment is that like many other contractors, they are going to the "per job" pricing (like you see in auto repair shops) so the overall cost was probably 10-15% more than it might have been on an hourly basis. That seems to be the trend so I'm happy that most of my remodeling is done.
