Description of Work: I called them for multiple issues--a zone down, circuit breaker replaced with 2-day function, no A/C cold--only blowing fan,oven wouldn't go above 100 degrees. He suggested a multiple-zone diagnosis, which was expensive. When he discovered within 3 min. that Duke Energy cable lines to my house had fried, the owner of the co. was gracious enough to readjust the bill to an agreed amount.
