I had an issue with a light & dimmer switch I was installing in our nursery. Travis was very helpful in resolving my issue and made it very easy. Very professional and courteous.

Paul was extremely professional and knowledgeable of home wiring standards. His experience with multiple builders was valuable in rapidly identifying the problem and determining the solution. Both Paul and Keith were courteous and professional during their entire visit. I would most definately recommend this company and will continue to use them when necessarty.

It has been a pleasure working with Tony, who has been professional from start to finish. On his first visit to my home, I listed all of the electrical work that I hoped to accomplish. He wrote up a price quote for every item on my list and I was able to choose those items that fell within my budget. Tony was knowledgeable and provided valuable information for future fixture choices. I look forward to working with him again.

We recently moved into our home. We had a laundry list of small electrically problems to be completed. Nothing major, but important to us. We took advantage of a special promotion by Luminous Electric and had them come to our home. Both men that came to our home were professional, polite and competent workers. We would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to others.

Very nice on phone getting me appointment that day. I asked the price he said around $75.00. I never heard that they charged $49.00 for travel expense. Anyway Bill was $99.00. So not a big deal, but next time I might call a company closer to my house with no travel time charge.

The experience was more than okay. I received a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Cameron was quite knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He listened to my problem and was directed right to where the issue was. This saved me time and money. I would definitely call on them again. He was so helpful that my mother scheduled an appointment for herself.

The service went very well. They repaired a light and I also had them re do some switches. I thought the additional fee was reasonable for those jobs. The technician was very professional and did great work. I was very pleased with his work and he was here as scheduled. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the service for when I needed. I plan on using them again.

Needing to get the double tap removed to satisfy insurance requirements andI found luminous electric on Angie's list. They were very responsive and were able to come out a few hours after I had made initial contact. I received a call when they were on the way and they arrived on time. They looked at the panel and knew what needed to be done. They had the necessary parts on the van and promptly set to work and replaced the breakers. Jerry also did an inspection of the panel and noted that due to its age and aluminum bus bar, that I think about replacing it in the future. He even worked up an estimate which included an Angie's list discount. When the work ways completed I received a detailed receipt which will allow me to clear my insurance problem. Jerry and his helper (Keith) were very professional and polite. They were even prepared to put on booties when they entered the home to ensure they didn't mess up the flooring. I told them it wasn't necessary since they could tell I had just pulled up the carpet and had the home painted. The new carpet wasn't installed yet. Will definitely use this company again for my electrical needs.

Overall OK. They can be tricky as they tried to sell me a $250 light fixture (available at Lowes for about $50), a $500 "whole house" surge protector that is probably at Amazon for less than $100. .. but overall OK. Very professional and punctual.

Luminous returned our call very promptly and dispatched a technician within our timeframe. The project took three days, during which time the technician (Dallas) was extremely, knowledgeable, courteous, professional and punctual. With all of the dust from the drywall cutting and other debris, Dallas left our home immaculate. John, the owner of LE was very understanding and accommodating to our electrical needs.I would certainly use Luminous Electric in the future.

Paul is a very experienced and knowledgeable electrician. Very prompt and courteous. He knows what he is doing and gets it right. Highly recommend this service., and the price was right. Checked all of my smoke alarms and half were not working. Replaced them all at a great price because of Angies list discount. Thanks again.

The electricians provided the service purchased and did a fine job. Very professional - dressed in shirts with company logo , polite and punctual. We did not have them complete the unfinished portion because we thought the price quoted was excessive. We will check with another provider before we proceed.

The young men were polite and professional, arriving on time and quickly going to work. They were thorough and followed up with prices for additional work for me.

Paul was excellent !! He was on time and knew exactly what needed to be done to diagnose and repair the problem. He gave me some god advice on a couple of other issues as well. Great job Paul and Luminous!

If you call this company for an estimate and accept their price, be prepared for them to do the work immediately. We thought we were just getting an estimate and were quite surprised when they started pulling out tools to do the job. They acted like this was the norm. Maybe it is for them, but not for the numerous other contractors we have worked with lately. We had to reschedule because we had another appointment that day. We feel like we should have been given that information when we made the initial appointment. We also "purchased" 4 hours of electrical labor for $199 (coupon in Angie's monthly mailings), but were told this job was much more than 4 hours work, so the price would be $800, when in fact 4 hours is about all it took. We told them we wanted a fan rated at one sone (noise level) or less. When my husband questioned Tony about the noise level before he installed the fan, he said the warehouse didn't have any quiet ones, and the one he was going to install was 3 sones. Can't imagine the problems we would have had with the company after the installation if we hadn't asked questions beforehand. My husband ended up going to Home Depot to purchase a quiet fan. The quality of work was good and we are pleased with the results, but don't like the way this company does business.

Job took a lot longer than they expected, but they didn't charge for the extra time.

It went well. Two men came and worked well together. They were courteous and professional. They did the job I asked them to do. They knew what they were doing. They were friendly and responsive. All good.

It was good. We have a problem where there was a fuse which ended up making our deep freezer quit working and we lost some food. They were more than willing to replace it. They took care of whatever issue we had. The $200 was just for the labor and it didn't include the part. We had to pay $130 for the part. They didn't tell us that after they did it. Within a week after we bought the big deal, they were out here.

Paul was punctual, efficient and friendly. He looked at the outlet, gave me a price and got right to work. I feel he also went above and beyond because he also checked my breaker box to make sure it was safe. He made recommendations for the box and gave me what I thought was a fair estimate.I would call them again.

Great, they finished that day. Very nice people. Both of the workers that were here were super nice. I was very happy.

They replaced a floor outlet that was quite loose, changed all the outlets in the kitchen and baths to GFI and replaced some old ivory outlets for white. They were very professional and I felt good about the work they did. They were friendly, accommodating and efficient. I would use them again.

They seemed to get those three things done, we had long list of things that we wanted to done, and they seem to get those three things done pretty quickly. The coupon price was a deal, there is no doubt about that but I think if I would have hired them, just called them up and ask them to do these things, I think it would have been very expensive. My husband was the one who was here but I think they were on time. Would I hire them again? Maybe, only because they gave me an estimate on doing more work and it seemed very high.

They did a terrific job and didn't leave a single snippet of insulation behind. The fan is perfectly balanced and the kitchen light no longer requires outsmarting a pull-chain switch to get it turned on. Great work and done quickly.
