Great service, fun guys. But were not willing to help me plant and dig holes in my garden. "we only dig holes if we are putting a wire or cable in" Otherwise Dallas and Jesse were terrific.

We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for 2 hours of electrical service. We were contacted within 24 hours to schedule and they fit us in the very same week. Two electricians arrived on the scheduled day within the allotted window and gave us a 15 minute heads up call to let us know they were on the way. They listened to our request to have one switch disabled so that a timer could be set up for our exterior lights and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the project. Both gentlemen were courteous and they completed the tasked to our satisfaction. They even programed the timer for us before they left. A great experience, we'll definitely us them again!

They showed up bright and early at 8am and on time. Paul and Keith were very friendly and professional . The receptacle we wanted was in a vaulted ceiling so it involved climbing in a little space between the ceiling and the roof . They got right to the work and cleaned up the small mess that was made. Couldn't ask for better work or it being done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend Luminous Electric to anyone .

It went very well. Travis and Keith arrived on time and gave us an estimate for the work. We accepted the estimate and they left to get the exhaust fan motor while we left to get a light fixture. Once they began working, they were efficient and finished everything, including clean-up, within two hours. Due to the position of the studs, they weren't able to place the light fixture exactly where we wanted it, but instead of deciding on their own to move it, they consulted with us and explained the situation. We're very pleased with the results!

Deal was $99.00 for 2 hours electrical service - actually 2 technicians for one hour. We told them that we wanted electric and cable outlets moved behind 2 wall mounted tvs and asked if they would have time for both. They cut a hole in the wall behind second tv prior to finishing first tv then told us it would be $538.00 to move additional outlet/cable service for that second tv so we declined based on price. This left us with a hole in our wall. They did a complimentary inspection of electric panel/service which revealed the need for updating, with surge protection estimate over $2800. I would consider using this company again upon getting competitive bids for same service. These technicians were knowledgeable and polite. UPDATE: I received a call from the owner of Luminous who is committed to exceptional, satisfactory service and he offered to take corrective action to cover the hole in our wall.

One outlet required more difficulty - Went fine - Clean up was good.

They helped rewired my my bathroom during a remodel.

Fine. Seemed that prices really escalated after the initial coupon bought., ExMple, job cost to install 1 bathroom fan , $359 !!

Dallas and Jesse showed up right on time, were very professional and started to examined the problem. After looking everything over, they explained exactly what they were going to do, and proceeded to repair the two dead outlets, and replace the combination switch/outlet with just a standard outlet. Everything was done flawlessly, and Dallas pointed out some electrical work that will need to be performed in the near future (panel upgrade). I am extremely pleased with the work performed, and would not hesitate to call again.

They wanted to replace some electric outlets and I felt that the services were sort of expensive which was $49 each, they charge twice the amount for the electrical surge. They guys that came out were very nice and exceptionally personable but the services were expensive. They advised me of a stronger and more durable ceiling light to use and that was the right way to go. The services overall were fine but I think some of the items were expensive.
