Luminous Electric was very pricey but they were so professional and so responsive, I would give them an A. But when it comes to pricing, they're not the cheapest. They did a really good job. The guy was very courteous, professional, he didn't walk in my closet with his shoes and he did a really good job. The price, not the cheapest. The quality was very good. Their responsiveness was very good. Everything is a but the price. I would absolutely use the provider again.

I feel I was charged more than twice what the cost should have been. I asked the technicians about some switches that I didn't know what they were supposed to be for, (just moved in) and they were unable to find out. I found pieces of wire, old screws , old receptacles, wire Hooks, all over my home after they left. I have just moved into this home,and there is already enough mess and work for me to do without having the luminous electric techs mess to clean up too. The day after they finished, I had someone else putting up lights,fans etc and when he went to the circuit breaker box in the utility room and flipped a breaker to on, a huge boom and spark came out of the box. I called luminous and a supervisor came to check, but he was unable to determine the cause. I am not confident about the quality of the work that was done due to so many things that they were unable to ascertain. I told the supervisor that for the exorbitant price I paid, my electric service should be flawless and I don't feel that it is. I also didn't like the way my breakers were tagged and the fact that some of them are still outside in an old separate electric panel. I question the quality of the new circuit box located indoors too. It sure does not look like top shelf, but it certainly should for the price I was charged. This work was for a small 2 bedroom home. I would definitely NOT ever consider using this company again or referring anyone to this company.

It went well. They told me I needed this and that, anything more, I did not need it.

Beyond amazing! This company was beyond professional and performed everything as they said needed to be repaired and followed up when we had questions. Will be hiring again for next project.

Keith came out and assessed that he could either replace that pull chain mechanism or replace the whole fan. He said it would be more economical to replace the fan but I like how I got options and prices straight away in order to decide for myself. He then stayed quite a while answering my other questions and giving me a few other quotes.

Very efficient. In and out in less than an hour. The cost was and additional $80.00 dollars because it was after normal business hours. I found this more than reasonable since another company I called wanted $299.00 just to come out. Jesse was very pleasant to work with and very fast. In fact from the time of my call to when he was done was under one and a half hours. Amazing!

Could not have been better. I'd use this company for every electrical service if they offer the same discount. It's not a big discount, but these folks are first rate and worth every penny.

I needed to get these things fixed because I am selling my house. The electrician noticed that my outlet in the pool area was way out of code and I would have to fix it or it would not pass inspection. Thanks for that.

They were very good! There was an $85 additional charge. They answered all my questions.

Jesse was the technician and he was professional, arrived on time and completed the job quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I was very happy overall with the result and the price. Jesse also checked out our electrical panel and made some suggestions for updating it. It took about 3.5 hours to complete the job. Also installed some fluorescent light bulbs that we did not have

Outstanding service and value! Luminous electric was punctual, efficient, knowledgable, skilled, and courteous. They worked hard to help meet all our needs and we couldn't be more pleased with their workmanship. We have already called them back once for additional work and would highly recommend this company!

Arrived on time, professional, honest.

My son said they did fine, only they had him pay a lot more money for the service even after he had initially purchased the ninety nine dollar package. I would not use them again.

I bought two of those, one for myself and one for my son. The one that I bought for myself worked out just fine. For my son, they ended up charging him substantially more than I think they should have. I am therefore partially satisfied. They ended up replacing some garage lights for him. I would not use them again.

Could not have gone better! Very pleased with Nick's professional attitude and the care he took with the job. He used paper booties to cover his shoes so as to not track in dirt. The cost was reasonable and we will definitely use Luminous for any future electrical needs.

I decided not to have them complete the work, because they wanted far too much to do so. Even still, they charged me $210 to diagnose my issue, despite having paid for the service call through Angie's List. They wanted over $1800 to do the work, but I was able to get it fixed by an electrician through my condo association for $170.

Very well -- better than expected. Daniel and Keith (I hope I got the names right) did a wonderful job, showed up on time and finished the job in the time they said they would. May I also add that talking to the person who answered the phone was easy, she explained how things work up front, and made the appointment right away. Thanks to you guys -- wonderful job, better than expected, we are very pleased!

I had already paid $49 for the call out (special deal from Angie's List). When I refused to pay $497.00 for the new breaker he charged another $49 for the diagnosis. The young electrician was called Michael and was friendly and pleasant. I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone and feel I've been scammed.

All outlets now identified and paired with the corresponding breakers. Electrician was fast and efficient.

They determined the problem., lamp post had rotted at ground level causing the wires to short. Took time to dig a trench, replaced the post and rewired. That might sound easy but digging the trench was time consuming. Were up front on the cost. Took two people almost 6 hours from start to finish. Technicians were courteous. Did a great job. Very happy, would call upon them again

I live in Pa. and my elderly parents were having an electrical issues in their home in Bradenton, Florida. I called Luminous Electric and explained the problem. An electrician arrived within 24 hours. The electrician called me at home (in Pa.) as instructed and told me what the problem was, how long it would take to fix and the total amount for the job. I gave him permission to do the work. He called me when he was done and assured me everything was now working. I was able to pay over the phone with my credit card and a receipt was emailed to me within an hour. My parents were very happy with the electricians' demeanor and professionalism.

He was right on time, very professional, extremely nice and explained the work and the charges perfectly. I had a coupon for their own website which I used instead of going through Angie's List

The representative that showed up did a very good job and represented the company well. I will use them again. They were a little pricey.
