He did a nice job and it stayed nice like he said it would.

Brendon was recommended by the guy that supervised our renovations and it was a good call. His price was fair and he stuck to it even though he ended up working from 9 am until nightfall. On a fifteen-year-old house, there are things that a pressure-cleaning can't redeem, but our roof came up like new and eveything that could be cleaned, he cleaned, right into the corners, flushing every last bit of pine-straw, making the lanai spotless, clearing the gutters, completely eliminating all the mildew and mold. He was polite, with a nice demeanor, punctual, and he worked tirelesslly. A beautiful job.

Overall he was prmopt, thorough with the work and he was pleasant to work with. He also did the sidewalk at no cost.

Brendan is great! Because we are trying to put our house he was able to fit us in early by scheduling us on a Saturday. Unfortunately, he got rained out. He was so helpful that he came the next day, on a Sunday, and completed the job. The job was much bigger than he expected, but he still only charged me the price he quoted over the phone,before he saw the house. I highly recommend this company. We had the opportunity to see our neighbor have his roof cleaned by another company right around the same time Ideal Pressure Cleaning serviced our roof and the differences in our two experiences were striking: Where our neighbor's pressure washers seemed to be in a race to complete the job, Ideal took its time and did an excellent job. Where our neighbors lost quite a bit of grass around their house from run-off, we didn't lose any grass. Ideal's owner, Brendon, even stopped by a few weeks after doing the job just to make sure we were still happy with his work!! That's good and caring service!!

He cleaned up after himself. He also took care of our windows deck. It was really hot outside and he worked on with no problems. He went above what I expected.

I was impressed with owner/operator Brendon McCaslin from the beginning. He returned calls promptly and came to the house to give me an estimate the very next day. Brendon arrived on time for the estimate and the job. He was personable, honest, and clearly knowledgeable. I had gotten several estimates and his was very reasonable. Brendon did all of the work himself. He worked diligently throughout the day and completed the job in about six hours. He was meticulous, thorough and professional. As I told him at the end of the day, ?My home has not been this clean since it was new.? I have used other companies in the past but will be using Ideal Pressure cleaning exclusively in the future and will be recommending Brendon to my friends and neighbors.

Look no further. You will not find a better contractor or fairer pricing for quality home pressure washing and cleaning. We hired him to pressure wash our barrel tile roof, pressure wash the exterior walls (in prep for painting) of our home and to then try to clean some really stained canvas awnings. Brenden did an exceptional job on the roof and walls, took great care with the greenery around the house and, although I didn't expect that the awnings could possibly come clean, Brenden offered to try, and he stayed at the job until even the canvas awnings looked like new. .

We called Brendan for an estimate for a job we have been doing for over 20 years, but has become too challenging for us to do a good job. He arrived, checked the area out, and after we agreed on a price, he went to work. A task that would have taken us all day took only about 3 hours for him. And the result was superior. The 2-story-22 year old pool cage looked almost brand new. Brendan was a perfectionist attending to every detail. As was cited in all the other reports, he was courteous, professional, hard-working and reliable. We will definitely call Brendan again as it was well worth the cost for such an excellent job.

We decided to join Angie's list to find someone reliable to do this rather difficult job. The whole experience was excellent. First, he is a very warm and nice young man. He was honest in his dealing with us. He told us it would take most of the day and it did. We had not had this work done in a number of years as one of us has been very ill, so it was going to involve a lot of work. He completed the job in a timely fashion and even put all of our planters and furniture back where they belonged. He also checked the roof for leaks (there were none). I have a very rare disease that among other things did a lot of damage to my lungs. What Brendan used to clean didn't bother me at all.
