Excellent work! Showed up on time and did a really thorough job power washing our pool lanai and front sidewalks. We are very pleased. He went out of his way to clean the outside edge of the lanai, etc. Nice to find someone that exceeds expectation. Price was very reasonable.

Brendon does an excellent job everytime. His is our go to guy for all our pressure washing needs. We have been using him for several years now. He is very trustworthy, reliable and an all around nice guy.

It went very well. Had to be postponed a couple of days due to the damp weather but that was not a problem. Mr. McCaslin always kept us informed about when he could come. He moved porch furniture into the house for us, which was appreciated. After checking what needed to be done, he got to work and worked non-stop for about 2-1/2 hours until everything was sparkling clean. He was obviously very experienced. We chose him because of the Angie's List reviews. Didn't want to hire a big company with so-so employees.

I called back in June, I think, and got scheduled for mid-August. Before the scheduled date Brendan drove by to see our house. He said the driveway did not need to be done, the roof would be $300 and the lanai $75. He called to confirm the date and time he would arrive. Got here around 10 am, worked for 6 and 1/2 hours. He works very methodically, and did a great job. He is very professional, did more than we asked for, and pointed out a few things that need maintenance. Definitely will use him again.

Brendon arrived on time and did an amazing cleaning job on our roof, which now looks brand new. He also did additional cleaning on our pool cage without charge. Unbelievable. Brendon worked so hard at restoring our home to it original clean look. This was a big job and it took him almost two days to complete. At one point he took a toothbrush to the caulking around the windows to remove the weather stains. He was very independent and other than an extremely clean roof and huse exterior, you couldn't tell that he had been here. He is also an extremely personable and polite person. We would not hesitate to recommend Brendon to our friends and neighbors.

That's amazing. I'd give him a 10. He cleaned the gutters for nothing. He said it was so little that he wouldn't even charge my husband. He's a very, very nice, young man. Although I was not able to hire this company because they were booked well into the next month and I needed the service done immediately, I was so impressed by Brendon's excellent customer service I will definitely hire him for my next job without question. He called me back the same day and apologized for not being able to accommodate my next day request. He then left a detailed message answering every question and concern I had left in my voicemail to him. He offered suggestions on what the job should entail, the average going rate and tips on how to prevent the issue with my pool deck pavers in the future. He was able to schedule for Saturday (4 days later) Gave me estimate on phone $120-150 Said he would call Friday night to tell me a time , depending if he finished Fridays job. Brendan called Friday night & left message he would arrive 9-930 Saturday morning He showed on time Looked at job and quoted $120. He did a great job and was very professional. Arrived on time, applied cleaning chemicals, did manual scrubbing where needed, and pressure washed. The work was efficient, and did a great job cleaning. We will definitely use this company again.

Brendon did an outstanding job on the roof and the screens. Our roof had not been cleaned in 7 years and it is superclean now. We were most impressed with the cleaning job on the screens as we have struggled over the years with various techniques and services for cleaning screens. He assured me that the process would do no harm to any of my plants and that is exactly what happened. It is amazing how Brendon removed all of the dirt, pollen and whatever else was living on the screens. He was on time and did exactly what he had promised. The price was so good we gave him more money as we felt he and his work deserved it.

Brendon McCaslin is the owner of this company. He does the work himself. This was the second time I used his services. I originally found him through Angie's List. In June 2012 he did a good job for me so I decided to call him again, and, I am glad I did. Once again he was on time and very professional. Have a talk with him before he starts so he knows exactly what you want to have done. He is a good listener. He was here more than an hour (June 17, 2015) and did a wonderful job. My screen enclosure is large the patio surrounding the pool is about 40'X20' He also cleaned concrete walkways which I asked him to do. (He did a few more tiles than I expected.) He did some other extras for me, which I did not expect. He made sure to clean the drains that are cut into the patio floor, he checked the strip drains that run between the patio and my house, and, he even cleaned a white plastic lattice that surrounds the pool equipment. He uses an additive to the water that keeps the areas he cleans clean for two years.(It did for me.) The pool patio,(or deck) is painted concrete. I was thinking of having it painted because it was getting a bit chalky and holding dirt but after the cleaning I see the water beading up so nicely when it rains! This was my second experience with this company and I would recommend Ideal Pressure Cleaning to others.
