Ideal Pressure Cleaning

This was my first experience using an Angies list recommended vendor and the experience was perfect. Brendon was responsive in getting back to me and did a really thorough job with the cleaning. He exceeded my expectations.

Very thorough job. Spent 6-7 hours working. Removed wasp mud nests on high porch ceiling and gently cleaned the area with a small brush. Others services never touched them. Very personable and hard working young man.

Brendon returned my phone message promptly and provided an estimate based on my description of the work to be performed. He arrived on time for the scheduled appointment and began work immediately. He took only a short break for lunch and although the job took longer than originally anticipated due to the amount of dirt, the cost was exactly as estimated. The results were amazing. I am very pleased with his work and work ethic. I would definitely use his services again and have already recommended him to several people. His pricing is fair and his work is commendable.

Brendan and I had a six week long telephone relationship while my schedule and his matched up- although his calendar was very full he made time for my job in his schedule which I really appreciated and then unfortunately I had to cancel but we kept at it and finally booked for today (after the holidays everyone's schedules getting easier to work with) - he was always polite on the phone and always returned my calls sometimes late in the evening when he clearly had worked a long day.... Today he arrived about ten minutes early than the appointed time and was ready to get right to work- although I would call my job a small to moderate size he was happy to do the work. He first sprayed a washer coat on the courtyard where I had a slippery walkway with mildew and fungus and which was the situation that had prompted my call to Brendan. he did the same for the garage. Then he came with a really big scrub brush kind of thing (power tool) and scrubbed all the dirt and mold etc. off the surfaces of the courtyard and garage and then rinse down everything- he paid extra attention to the tracks of the sliders which had lots of gunk in them (the house is new to us but probably hadn't had this kind of cleaning in years) - after he finished both the garage and courtyard he did the same for the tile on the screened porch- and made sure everything was drying nicely before he left. He was as nice as he could be- and we settled up with a check before he left- no drama and I am completely happy with the work. I have one low spot in the courtyard with a mold problem and he offered to come by if I needed him before a year had past (even though it is a very small job) - just give him a call.

Took over 1 1/2 days - did an extremely thorough job. The house looks great. We had the job done a few times previously, but this job was far, far superior to the others.

FINALLY, a business in Florida that is honest, timely, professional, gives you more than expected, doesn't cause more damage while completing their work,, and who's owner is pleasant and respectful!!! Can still hardly believe that I am not dreaming! Brendon, the owner, operator of this business, is everything the positive comments on this list says he is. A very hard worker - worked for 4 hours, straight, without a break! He completed his work, doing a first rate job! We had our roof cleaned by two different power spray companies over a 12 year span before finding Ideal Pressure Cleaning. The first 2 companies did an OK job ( even though the second company didn't even clean the crud off our sidewalk, driveway, or lanai when they finished). Brendon really is an exceptional choice for pressure cleaning. When he completed his wrk, everything he had cleaned truly did shine!

This is the the type of service provider that Angie's List was made for. Brendan (owner) was responsive, punctual, extremely nice and very professional. He also did a great job. Our house is rather large (approx. 5000sf). The pool lanai is two story and wraps around the entire back of the house. It took Brendan two days to do the entire job. We recently purchased the home and from the looks of it, it has not been cleaned in 20 years. Brendan took his time and did a masterful job. We couldn't be more happy with the results and the price!

Brendon returned my initial call very promptly and came by to provide an estimate exactly when he indicated he would. He showed up to do the work when he said he would. He worked long hours on the roof and it looks great. The eaves/fascia are very clean now as well as all the other areas he worked on. Brendon is very meticulous, hard working and reliable. I plan to call him regularly to keep our house and hardscapes looking great. I am recommending him to my friends and neighbors.

Very good, service was prompt, accurate and met the needs of our home. The outcome was positive leaving the entire home clean and fresh.

Other than him being an hour late, he did a great job, and wanted to know if he could clean the roof. I said no, the HOA usually takes care of that.

This is the kind of experience that you hope for when you use a small private contractor. We never talked on the phone, just exchanged a couple of phone messages. He called us on his way here today, and got here right when he had said that he would. Not only did he do exactly what he said he would do for exactly what he said he would do it for, he also pressure washed all of the sliding glass doors and the furniture around the pool, plus all the gutters, soffits and downspouts. I had asked him to clean out the gutters, but he very honestly told me they didn't need it. He also washed the vaulted entrance foyer outside, removing BY HAND several mud wasp hives. He was both professional and friendly, and he seemed to take great pride in his work, showing me all around how good the job turned out. If I could have, I would have given Brendon an A+ in all the categories. Highly recommend him.

He worked from 9am until 7pm. He did an incredible job! He also cleaned up afterwards. He worked really hard and did an incredible job! Would definitely hire him again. Very reasonably priced to. Great job Brendon!

Brendon has a great work ethic. The results were fantastic. The roof and pool cage looked like they were new. It's so refreshing to have a contractor take pride in their work, such as the way Brendon does. Hire him and you will not be disappointed!!!

Just moved in about three weeks ago. Roof had never been cleaned in 7-8 years. Brendon came out yesterday around 9am ....took about 3-4 hrs to clean roof. Had to quit due to heavy rain in afternoon. But came back this morning and finished the soffits, rinsed off all my windows and then cleaned the paver drive and walkway. My house SPARKLES like new now! Great Job! Brendon is very professional, honest, courteous and MOST IMPORTANT ...RELIABLE! Would use him again in a heartbeat! Will "SHOW AND TELL" all my friends and neighbors what a GREAT job he did and they can see it for themselves! Just can't say enough nice things about him!

Here is the bottom line This guy is an owner operator that is intelligent, hardworking, personable, and professional. I was so pleased with his work and the results I gave him a little extra $$. I will have him back again next year! Life as a homeowner would be so much easier if we had more contractors with his intelligence and work ethic.

Professional, polite and cleaned up area after he was finished

On time, on budget, meticulous attention to detail. Owner Brendon McCaslin arrived at the scheduled time to review the home and provide a firm quote, then began work immediately. Four hours later the house looked beautiful, including all the furniture on the pool deck which he also cleaned. We had no prior experience with this firm, but relied on Angie's list reviews by other customers. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly recommended.

Brendan came to estimate a couple of hours after our initial call, having just completed a job nearby. We felt his estimate was fair and didn't even call other services for estimates. He arrived as scheduled, worked hard and went above and beyond what we expected, removing mud daubers from the house walls, and spiders from the pool cage. He was thorough, professional and extremely pleasant. The house looks great and we've already recommended him to the neighbors.

He is very good and thorough at what he does. My husband piddles around with his small pressure washer but this was so much better and faster than he could have done it!

Brendon arrived at the date/time scheduled. He worked for the entire day and did a great job. At the end of the day, rather than rushing through, he arranged to come back for a short amount of time the next morning to complete the driveway and pathways. He is honest and professional. He did not ask for payment before the work and was paid at the completion the following day. This is welcome after having to deal with Under Pressure who took our money but didn't perform the work. He will be our first call when we require his services again.

Brendon is a very nice individual who takes pride in his work. He took his time and didn't rush the job. He arrived at 8:30 AM and left at 8:30 PM, with only a half-hour lunch break. He was very meticulous and provided an exceptional job. We were truly amazed and impressed and will be using him for all our future pressure washing jobs and will be reccommending him to all of our friends. The job went well. He arrived on time, started work immediately and finished in about 3 hours. He even washed off deck furniture as he went. He cleaned up after himself when he finished. Very professional and friendly.

Cleaned two gutters that were so packed he had to use his pressure cleaner. He then Pressure Washed interior and exterior of our cage over the lanai along with the deck and because the gutter cleaning left such a mess, he even cleaned the patio furniture. This is truly a fine young man who is very professional and pays attention to detail. He strives for perfection and complete customer satisfaction. You will not be disappointed in his work or your experience when you hire him. This young man's company will grow fast and he will succeed in all he does! It could not have been a more satisfactory experience.

The result was beautiful. Brendon did a gorgeous job, was quick and efficient, and the price can't be beat.

Arrived on time and spent most of the day pressure washing the entire house, patio, driveway and walk. The place now looks amazing. Better than when we first moved in.
