Clean Scent

I couldn't be happier! I left when they arrived to get out of their hair. I returned later in the day, and was anxious to see how they did. I've hired many cleaners, all over the country, and "Clean Scent" did one of the best jobs that I have ever seen! I inspected very thoroughly, trying to find one thing to pick on, and I honestly couldn't find anything. I have three dogs, and it's tough to get ALL of the hair up. I have to vacuum every single day, just to maintain the floors. There isn't a dust-bunny anywhere that I could find! 5 Stars All The Way!

Excellent work done by two efficient and professional women. I showed them what I wanted cleaned, and they cleaned all thoroughly with a little extra, too! I am using them again on a monthly basis. I am very pleased.

They sent two people and cleaned for 2 hours (total of 4 hours as advertised). They were early and did an excellent job. I left a note for some extra dusting for things like ceiling fans, shutters and light fixtures and everything was great. They even cleaned the sliding glass doors going out to the pool area. Overall very pleased with service and will use again.

It went fine. They were very thorough, doing a deep clean. They were very nice. It was worthwhile. I just had to let them know what I preferred to have done in order. They were able to get the job done.

They did the best they could in the time frame they had. Did some other extra cute touches which I appreciated.

Just go over the products they use on your surfaces with them the first time. They didn't bring granite cleaner so I provided it. I don't think they had marble cleaner either. The ladies are nice just tell them what you want them to use because I didn't like a few of the products they were using. They are very punctual and pretty thorough.

Both women were personable and did a capable job. I plan to use this cleaner again in the future.

The quality of work is good. Our problem is a time issue. The cleaning staff were in my home for half of the time I paid for. I have requested a refund. Clean Scent has told me I will not be getting my money back.

The vendor stated it was for new customers only, and I've used them before.

They did a really good job. It was a big job it included removing windows and cleaning them, between the two girls they did a good job.

Arrived on time. Professional behavior. Had most all tools except a step ladder to reach high spots. Very dirty apartment and was cleaned much better than it was, although would not pass a white glove inspection and did not use q tips to get the funk in the grooves. Did not pull frig and washer/dryer to clean underneath. Cleaned stove, which was cruddy. Cleaned stove. Did not clean tops of cabinets. Stayed longer and charged more than initial agreement.

Was told to leave a note for staff. Left note. According to my son they could not speak English, so doubtful they could read it. Several of the task on the list were not performed, but were checked off. What was cleaned was adequate.

They are very efficient and they don't waste time. Everything looks great when I get home. Very pleasant and are very innovative. They use common sense and I appreciate that.They are also incredibly reliable.

It wasn't exceptional but they were very good. I am using them again and would recommend them.

excellent- very thorough. very happy with how the house looked. cleaned everything that we asked for, down to the blinds.

the work was performed as contracted

Two women arrived after some delay in finding my address. I had to call the owner about 4 times to get them there. I do not believe he communicated very well with his employees but they finally made it. They didn't speak much English but I had prepared for that by looking up the Spanish words for the things I wanted done. I think they enjoyed my attempts at Spanish. Once there, they went straight to work and thoroughly cleaned the tile floors, dusted bedrooms and living room and scrubbed the bathrooms and kitchen. They cleaned things I was not expecting to be cleaned such as the louvered doors and cabinets in the kitchen and bath. They were still cleaning after the two hours allotted and would have kept going but we arrived home with children in tow and it was virtually impossible after that. I was very pleased with the results and will definitely use them again in the future.

They were very prompt. They were very corteous. They did what the deal stated. They finished thirty minutes early even. I didn't have to ask them to redo anything.

They stayed beyond time limit to ensure job was done right.

Arrived promptly. Cleaned two bathrooms. Dusted and vacuumed living room, master bedroom, hall, and guest room. Cleaned tile and wood floors. Very good job on floors. Some dusting omissions.

We have a large home and it is hard for us to keep up with the little details of cleaning things like baseboards, mini blinds, window sills. We have 3 kids and 3 indoor dogs and they shed like crazy. Two women came to clean our home and did a really good job. We asked if they could clean the baseboards also (probably outside the normal scope of their cleaning) and they willingly accommodated us. We bought the special on Angie's List and Marcio contacted us promptly to schedule the cleaning. Even my son's room looks great. He had games, junk, and dust all over and it sparkles now. His tub had dirt in the non-slip texture that I couldn't get off for the life of me. I scrubbed and scrubbed and finally gave up. Our house cleaners managed to get it clean. I am not sure how! We are going to use them for monthly service (I wish I could afford weekly)! Considering all the work they did, the price was fair. I am very happy with the work. Thank you Clean Scent!

They stayed in touch with email. They informed me that I was outside of their service area. I was a little disappointed they weren't able to do the service, but they were pleasant.

It went well. Two women came. I explained the areas on which I wanted them to concentrate the cleaning. They did all of that and more. It was a big job as we had had tile torn up throughout the house so there was a lot of dust. i will definitely consider using them again. Scheduling was easy and flexible.

My interaction with this provider was good. However, they were booked on the day that I needed them, so I was not able to use the Big Deal I had purchased and had to request a refund from Angie's List.
