Marcio and crew have been cleaning my Airbnb for several months. I am always pleased with the results! Marcio and his team do a complete and thorough clean every week! Marcio communicates when the crew is on the way and when they have finished. I never have to wonder or worry if they have come or not. He provides photos after they leave showing the completion of their work I give Marcio and his team an A+ for professionalism, customer service and an eye for detail. I highly recommend Marcio and his team! They are respectful, trustworthy and are always willing to do what ever is asked of them. I appreciate all their hard work!

They did a deep cleaning in my bedroom and hall and bathroom and living room and bathroom plus kitchen and pantry and will be coming back once a month to freshen up the place we have two dogs and is the first time that I haven’t smelled doggy odor when you enter the house plus both worker were professional and I have been burned by two other maids so I was very nervous about trying again but I have been sick for over 3 months and needed the help the owner made sure I would have a great experience and I did they will finish my dad room and office and then to keep it looking great at least once a month if I was you take my word for this once you try them you will not need to look any further

They were awesome! Truly was a “deep cleaning”. The ladies went above and beyond for me. I am calling to schedule regular service while my house is on the market.

They were to arrive at 9:00, but arrived at 9:30 They completed the clean about 12;00 PM. I was very pleased with their work and did not have to oversee them

They were great! I called at the beginning of the week and was able to get an appt for the end of the week. Both of the women were very nice and professional. Would have them come again.

They did not do a good job. I left the 2 women there with my dad who is 98yrs. old. It's his condo that he just bought. We were supposed to get a deep cleaning. What we got was a surface cleaning. They didn't move one stick of furniture. Not even the TV Stand on wheels. When I went back my dad had already paid them and said they did a good job. It looked OK to me at that time. When I went back 2 days later I began to notice dirt in the bedroom. They didn't vacuum under the bed. The 2 little night tables were never moved. Dirt behind them. In the living room there was a dead bug under a coffee table next to the couch. They didn't see that? They washed the floor but the dead bug was still there. I think they saw my dad and said this is an easy one. They did not do as promised. I don't even think they touched the ceiling fans. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. I'm very disappointed. I had to rewash the floors before he moved in. I hate it when you're told one thing and they just come in and don't do what they said they would. I didn't bother calling and complaining because we were too busy moving him in. Besides, at that point I'll only get more lip service. The damage was already done. He planned to move in right after the cleaning. You should think twice if you're considering hiring these people. I would advice against it.

It was very easy to arrange a cleaning on short notice and it was all done over the phone. The owner sent me text updates when they were coming and for a follow up. Both ladies arrived promptly and immediately jumped right in and got to work. I had them clean 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, 2 living rooms and bonus room. They were thorough, and very efficient. I liked that they provided all of the cleaning products and only I provided was a small step ladder for them to reach the higher areas. There was a very slight language barrier one time but google translator fixed that. My house was clean and smelled great and I was very happy with them and would hire them again.

I am not currently living there but my neighbor who is a realtor said that it is sparkling, and that it went wonderfully.
