Clean Scent

Did areat job. Everything was squeaky clean.

Two gals were at the door on time, they worked very hard and did a great job. The bathrooms needed a top to bottom cleaning and the girls even cleaned the tiles in the lanai. The house was clean and sparkling after they left. We have used them several times since and have been very happy with their promptness and the nice job they did.

She LOVED them. My mom has had them come back to clean her house regularly; and this is a woman who has NEVER let anyone clean her home. She raves about their service and continues to thank me for introducing her to this company.

They were fine. They are really nice girls and they did a good job. I would recommend them. They would do for me anything that I would tell them to do.

I live in a place where there are so many tourists because we're right on the gulf. The girls that do the job do what the owners want. The owners usually want them to make the bed and wash the sheets as well as many other things. I don't expect them to do that because I love doing it myself. Because of that, I don't think they would survive at my club. Otherwise they were pleasant and I was pleased with them. They would do anything that I wanted them to do. I wanted them to put oil on my furniture and did exactly that.

They did not charge more than the $79 Big Deal. They are still coming. They are actually due tomorrow.

I have been using Clean scent for my cleaning for almost a year now. They;re communication is excellent. The crew is very good. If they do miss something I send off an email and next cleaning it is not overlooked. The price is reasonable and they fairly consistantly do an excellent job. If I need some extras (house guest coming etc) I can always get a prompt response back with how much more it will be. All around I have been pleased with clean scent and would recommend them to other angie's list users.

I purchased a big deal to give this company a try with the intent of setting up a twice per month cleaning schedule. Unfortunately they did not pass the test. While the two young ladies were nice, (although one appeared not to speak very much English), the cleaning job was very hit or miss. They did not appear to be trained for the job. Some things were dusted and some were not, or in many instances the tops of things were dusted, but not the shelf underneath. The outsides of the toilet bowls were not cleaned. Carpet was vacuumed, but the girl constantly slammed the vacuum into the baseboards. The tile floors were not really cleaned at all other than a quick damp mop job down the middle of the room. All the crud that accumulates around the edges and in the corners was not touched. They just did not seem to have an eye for detail or for what needed to be done. Although the price is in line with other providers, it really was not worth it for this job.

Because I was having out of town guest on short notice, they fit me in their busy schedule. And yet the work was thorough and excellent. Customer service couldn't have been finer. I will hire them again.

They were very thorough. And did an excellent job. However there were some issues. They had cleaned the whole house very well. They were finishing up and I heard some arguing going on in the kitchen. One of the women came in with a bottle of my shampoo and apologized. I just assumed that she or the other girl had stolen the shampoo. I gave them each a travel shampoo and she again apologized They did such a good job with the cleaning and I wanted to keep using their services. So I contacted the supervisor and he said that none of his cleaners steal from customers. At that time we did not end on good terms. That evening I looked around at how clean my house was. I did not want to lose them and the excellent service they had provided. So I called them back and expressed how good of a job they had done. She may have accidentally put the shampoo in her bucket, according to the supervisor. The gentleman made it right with me by offering to come back next week and clean again.

They do a good job. They are quick, price is right and I have left them alone in the house and they are very honest.

FINE. DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY DID NOT ASK IF THEY COULD COME BACK. USED MOP AND WATER ON MY WOOD FLOORS. SHOULD HAVE SOMETHING FOR WOOD FLOORS TO CLEAN.

Both of the professionals who came to clean were thorough, quick and friendly.

While the company was responsive and professional. There company did not provide service for my location. Although, their website said that they did.

Everything was great! All phone contact was courteous and professional, as was the service performed. Staff was on time friendly and very thorough. I would definitely recommend this service, and will be using them again.

Some of the cleaning appeared ok, but there were irritating problems. First my razor went missing (thrown away?), so when I was racing to get ready it ruined my schedule. The final straw: when I went to bathe my son, the drain to the tub was closed (a problem in and of itself) but worse it was sealed shut with some strange black gooey mess (in a tub that was basically clean to start with). Worse was the attitude when I pointed this out to the cleaner (showing her a photo I'd taken with my iPhone right after they'd left my house), mostly because I was trying to find what cleaner they'd used that would do this; her reaction: "I'm not cleaning this house!" and walking off the job. The time before this, they were supposed to stay 2 people for 2 hrs, they stayed only an hr and 20 minutes ... but I was billed the same. When I spoke to the company, he lied and said, "I'm only billing you for 3 hours" This was not at all what we had agreed to. I have used cleaning people for 20 years, several I've had regularly, one for over 7 years. I know what to expect. This is not it. Stay away.

Great communication with set up and when on way. Not a big house and was disappointed they didn't wipe down kitchen cabinets and it didn't look like they moped lament floor or dust baseboards in small kitchen

They quietly and thoroughly cleaned without needing any direction.

The 2 ladies worked non-stop for two hours and did a wonderful job and were cheerful too. The bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned well. There was extra work in vacuuming as I have a lot of smaller Oriental rugs on the wood floors. That means moving them and more tedious vacuuming. Great job!
