Description of Work: Since this was the 3rd or 4th time these ladies were at my house I thought it would be fine to leave for a short time while they were cleaning. When I came back, after only being gone for about an hour, they were packing up to leave. I did a very quick walk through and noticed they didn't even touch my dining room table. I pointed this out and told them it needed to be wiped down. I didn't notice anything else right away so they left right away, a half hour early. After taking more time to look around I noticed quite a few more things that were missed. After notifying the owner all he responded with was, "I'll talk to them." No other actions were taken. I am canceling my service with Clean Scent.

Description of Work: Communication with this service provider was excellent. I wanted them to clean my mothers home. She is in Florida. I am in Texas. She had circumstances that changed her being able to have them clean. She does plan to use them at a later date.

Description of Work: Two people cleaned my house from Clean Scent for two hours performing 4 hours of labor. They left my house spotless, took out the garbage, made up the beds and looking better than I have had it look in a long time. The only complaint I have is that the vacuum they used for the carpet may not have been the best quality. I could see the lines in the carpet but there were still things that did not get picked up by the vacuum. Otherwise, they did an awesome job. My shower was spotless and no dust to be found on anything. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: my home looked beautiful the two women worked without stopping for 6 hours they did everything I asked and then some. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again myself.

Description of Work: I had their team do all the cleaning, dusting, stove/oven, microwave, bathrooms, mopping, vacuuming, etc. They did a great job - I've had them come back 2 more times and I am very happy with their service.

Description of Work: They did a very nice job! The only reason I checked B for price was that I paid for 4 hours total or 2 cleaners for 2 hours and it did not take that long to finish cleaning. They were here for 1 and 1/2 hours. They did complete everything on my list though. 2 people came-I liked that better than 1 person spending twice as much time. I was very happy with the quality of work. I was not here, but my husband said they were very nice and professional.
