Clean Scent

Description of Work: Everything was good except for the kitchen where there were areas near the stove of grease that were not cleaned. Everything else was good. They knew how to clean the laminate flooring properly. They were later than expected in arriving...but not too late to cancel.

Description of Work: Something was missing after they finished cleaning. It was there before they got there that morning because I saw it. The owner offered no apologies or restitution for the item. He said his lady said that she didn't do it so that was the end of it according to him. I will not use them again and would not recommend that you do either.

Description of Work: They cleaned after a seasonal rental and the job they did was not good. Unfortunately, I didn't know right away only when arrived about one month later. I trusted them and when I called and explained the issues the owner was nasty and would not make things right. The owner Marcio said it was my fault for not being there.

Description of Work: Clean Scent provided me with a wonderful cleaning crew despite a last minute request to do a real estate clean out (for a landlord) on a Saturday! They did a great job and the price was very reasonable relative to the amount of work they did - 3.5 grueling hours for a team of 2- $125. I gave them a great tip and they were very grateful. Nice team and Marcio was very easy to deal with. I give them 2 very well earned thumbs up. Would use again for sure- especially for this sort of thing.

Description of Work: Marcio had a team of 2 ladies clean my home. My home was just updated so there was a lot of dust to deal with. The ladies showed up on time & took 3.5 hours to do a thorough cleaning. They did a great job & this service cost less than other estimates from Angie's list vendors. I would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: Kitchen cabinets and counters. Cleaned all wood floors and tile floors. Cleaned 2 bathrooms and vacuumed area rug and one bedroom.

Description of Work: I am very pleased with Clean Scent. They are very thorough and always do a good job. They communicate with their customers very well. I was only planning to use them for one week, but I was so happy with their service that I am now a regular customer.

Description of Work: Light cleaning; not at all thorough, barely touched the bathtub, requested blinds be done and they were left with lots of dust. Crew of two left at least 15 minutes early, so I was shorted by 30 minutes.
