 + -1 moreThey did a good job, were on time, friendly, and professional. My husband was impressed. The only concern was that some of the workers had a hard time reaching higher places, but having a step stool would solve the problem. We paid half price for this service and had 2 cleaners for 2 hours. Next time it will be 80 for 2 hours. The owner called afterwards to see how the cleaning went, which was nice. The prices are within the local range.
Description of Work: Cleaned the house-- did floors and surfaces including bathrooms, kitchen, and window sills. The house looked and smelled clean when they were done.

 + -1 moreThis was a special Angie's deal: 4 hours for $75. Maricio made a mistake in scheduling, but we rescheduled. He arrived ahead of the cleaning crew to ensure we received good service. He translated our preferences to the 2 ladies, who did a very good job of cleaning bathrooms and kitchen, mopping floors, dusting, and vacuuming. I was amazed at how much they got done in 4 hours. I would definitely use this service again.
Description of Work: Cleaned my house, including special attention to ceiling fans and blinds, for a little over 4 hours.

 + -1 moreI do this the ad was misleading as 1 cleaner has never come at a time, however they do a thorough job and are very good cleaners. I would recommend this company anytime. I did just have them here yesterday and was very satisfied with the job they did.
Description of Work: This is a great cleaning service and I have used them several times in the past. They always sent 2 girls so when I read the BIG DEAL I thought I was getting a half price cleaning. It seems that 4 hours was for 1 girl and that is what I pay.

 + -1 moreI gave them quite the task, as my house was in a MAJOR state of disarray. There were only a few things that I didn't like: whatever they used inside my microwave smells like perfume and the scent is quite nauseating: it STILL seems to affect the food I cook in it. Also, whatever they used to mops the floor of my bathroom with was sticky afterwards. However, what they got done in two hours was amazing, and the business owner was very prompt and professional: I appreciate his use of texting to communicate as well. :)

 + -1 moreIt worked out good and I used them one time but I purchased two times. I didn't have a problem with their services, I just haven't booked to them yet because I haven't have time to schedule with them. It was a crew of two ladies who cleaned the floors, bathroom, dusted everything and cleaned the kitchen. It turned out fine. The owner or manager came and the two ladies didn't speak really good English. He called to make sure that I was satisfied and I talked to him before they left. I bought two times $75 each and used one time up so I still have one time coming. I didn't spend more on the service but I asked them to do the window so they sent another guy from their company that does the window. He did come, looked and gave me a price and cleaned the windows a few days later.
Description of Work: I used the Big deal and housecleaning service of Clean Scent. They came and cleaned the whole house. It was like a general cleaning.

 + -1 moreThe 2 girls were about 15 minutes late, but I did get a call that they were looking for the address as my street doesn't show up "as is" on a GPS. That was not a problem. The girls came in, asked where the master bath was and got started. They cleaned the house with the exception that I only told them to vacuum the bedrooms so they would have more time for the rest of the house. They did do a quick pick up in my son's room but didn't vacuum. They cleaned both bathrooms and did a great job! The showers were starting to get mildew and they were fantastic at making them sparkle. They wiped down the Kitchen, shined the sink and cleaned the microwave. Looked great. They didn't wipe down the front of the cabinets which I didn't notice till later and they needed it. Living room dusted, cleaned floors. Forgot a table in the corner. Overall, they did a great job except some minor details. The house looked and smelt fabulous in an hour and 45 min. The owner is great, he wanted to see how the girls did, tried to call (I was out) then texted me to check on how I liked everything. I was impressed by this move alone because it sounds like he cares about his business. I will definitely use them again. Thank you.

 + -1 moreWe were so impressed with the thoroughness of the work and the sparkling results, not to mention the reasonable price, that we have hired them to clean the entire clubhouse, outside deck and fitness center (including windows) on an ongoing monthly basis. Our place shines. The crew is wonderful and Marcio Goncalves, owner, is professional, responsive and personable. A number of us have subsequently hired Clean Scent for our own homes. Only yesterday I hired them to wash all of my windows and screens, inside and out. (six sliding glass doors and four other floor to ceiling windows.) They are so clean, the glass doors appear to be open. The screens are so clean, they aren't even visible. We are simply delighted. Clean Scent lives up to its name and then some!

Description of Work: I waited until Clean Scent completed their second cleaning at our property to write this review to be able to provide a bit more information. The first cleaning was done just prior to the holidays in December of 2013. I made the appointment with Marcio the owner for 8:30am. He scheduled for a crew of 2 ladies to clean for approx. 3-4 hours (I requested a deep cleaning). And said he would also be coming to review everything that I wanted done. The ladies (Rosario & Matilde) showed up right on time. Marcio was running a little late, but called to let me know he would arrive in 10 mins. Rosario & Matilde went to work right away starting with the Master Bedroom and bathroom. Marcio arrived per his phone call and did a walk through with me, spoke with Rosario & Matilde about some specifics that I needed and then left. He called later that day to inquiry how everything went. The first cleaning took 4 hours and they did a marvelous job! Rosario & Matilde are fast and hard workers with good attention to detail. I have requested to have them as our standard cleaning crew. I love that Marcio allows you to have the same crew. Having the same crew means not having to explain each time what you want done, allows the ladies to be familiar with the home, and allows me to be familiar and comfortable with them. The second cleaning was done on January 6. Since only a short amount of time passed between this cleaning and the previous cleaning this cleaning only took 2 hours, but still everything was done. The house looked and smelled great! There was a bit of confusion with their arrival time as I had scheduled this appointment with Marcio via text message. I thought they were coming at noon, but they didn't arrive until slightly after 1 pm. I called Marcio at about 12:30, he was professional. It was just miscommunication, apparently Marcio usually provides a time window of about an hour to allow for any delays such as traffic, which makes sense. However, that got lost some how via text message. So, just something to keep in mind for the future (scheduled cleanings have a 1-hour window for arrival).
