Clean Scent

It went fine and I’ve asked them to come back every month. Scheduling was very easy. They were prompt, came with two people and were really industrious. They cleaned the entire house in about two hours.

Clean Scent called me to tell me they would not honor the deal because I had used them for a past deal. I went back and checked the deal on AL, but it does not say anything about 'new customers only.' They stated they were not making any money on the deal and could only afford it one time (but I do see that they have been raising their prices in the past 6 months). I have used other AL companies more than once and never had a problem before. Clean Scent stated that AL was responsible for the wording in the ad, not them. In response to Clean Scent's note below, the wording in the deal says 'not available for past job' not 'past customer.' I was not asking for this deal to be honored for a job that was done in the past, I was asking them to honor the deal I bought now. If they do not want repeat customers the deals should say 'NOT AVAILABLE FOR PAST CUSTOMERS' or 'AVAILABLE FOR NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY.'

I thought the add was misleading . It was advertised as 4 hours of work. When they got to my house they said no 2 hours each. I It still was a fair price and they did a good job, I hated feeling like I was cheated. It would serve them well to change that verbiage in there advertising special .

It went really well . They were efficient. They came in and did a good job. They brought their own products, but I had them use my vacuum and mop at my request. It was a really good deal.

We purchased the 4 hours for $79 special. The ladies showed up on time, were ready to go, kept busy pace for 2 hours. very thorough, polite, efficient. Small details, like dusting chair railing, cleaning inside of toaster oven, oven inside of bottom drawer. My husband & I were very satisfied with service. They did a great job, we have arranged for them to come back every other week. We have a 2200 sq ft well lived in home, kids, dog,cat. Have had other services and private cleaners, this was a great job at a very fair price, very fair quote for their regular cleaning rate too. As they were leaving, one of the women was gathering their supplies on our porch. She actually started cleaning the outside of the front door and windows. Again, we were really pleased with the work this service provided. Strongly feel we got our money's worth.

It was great. They did a great job. I had them come out to clean at our vacation home after we had been there and we have already hired them again.

They did a very good job, and sent 2 girls. They finished up in 2 hours. The deal was for 4 hours, but the manager said that they would only do 2 hours, since they sent 2 people. I wanted them to honor the 4 hours I paid for, but they refused. We ultimately agreed on them cleaning another floor for me, which took another 30 minutes or so. This provider should be more clear about what they are offering.

1. Initial phone call and contact went great. He Scheduled me exactly when I wanted the service. He kept in touch to ensure the times. 2. Arrived at the house 3 hours late. My wife was in communication with him but seemed like he was stalling. First they were going to be late. Then they were couple minutes away, then they were looking for the house number. If you?re going to be late at least say it will be 3 hrs. Then we can do something productive while waiting. 3. They did a wonderful job at the house, everything looks great .One item that bothered me is that they didn't even attempt to clean pantry shelves. When mentioned to them, they told my wife the shelves to be replaced, however they didn't attempt to clean them. Overall they are a B+. I did state that I wouldn't use them again but it is more like a maybe. Based on Cleaning Yes, based on Punctuality No.

Company could not schedule me in on dates I requested.

Everything was good, in fact it was really good. They did a general housecleaning. They brought their own cleaning supplies. Two cleaning ladies came out and were here for about 2 hours each. I was very satisfied and I would use them in the future. We have even recommended their services to others already too.

Other than arriving late, it went well. They did call and say they would be coming so I did get a heads up. They performed the service well and I was satisfied when they left.

Two ladies arrived on time and went to work right away, asking which services I wanted. They had their own supplies and equipment. they were very thorough and efficient and did all the requested work in the time we paid for.

It was fine. They did a good job. They cleaned the inside of the house. I didn't have them clean my memorabilia, just the house.

The crew arrived on time and after two phone calls from the supervisor to advise us of their arrival time. They were highly professional, asked questions if they were uncertain about anything, and left our home fresh and clean. They were efficient, quiet, and thorough. We will definitely have them back.

The two ladies arrived precisely on time with their own equipment, starting in our 2 bathrooms. Neither one was tall, but with the use of my 2 ladders they were able to clean bathroom mirrors & our large dining room mirror. They had their own sweeper, but were pleased to use our nearly new vacuum (a Bissell),at my wife's request. When finished, the canister was emptied without us prompting them to do so! The kitchen was last, & upon completion, they mopped and towel dried the floor with their own towels, using them under their feet. Novel, but quite effective! We were pleased that the got through the entire house, & stayed 8 minutes past the stated time-frame.

very professional. I received a phone call before they arrived to say they were on their way, and one afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. the girls were very good--fast, efficient, careful and very nice.

I stayed in my office, and worked. They went about their work quietly. We are not good housekeepers, so the ladies worked diligently. The only down side was that they did not get to clean my office. Not a problem. I love our clean home.

They're okay, they have just missed a few things. I probably should have going around, checked what they did, and they left a little early, but I would admit they did a good job for what they did. They're on time and professional cleaners.

The house is nice and smells clean when they left. One of them spoke English but the other one didn't. They just dealt into it and started cleaning. They did everything they had to do. They are very nice ladies. I got sick when they were here and they just let me lie down and do my thing. I think, I'm going to have them every month.

They do an excellent job and I am very picky! They are also very flexible with our scheduling needs.

I am extremely pleased with the service I am receiving. They arrive on time, work quietly and efficiently, and finish in about two hours. I would highly recommend this company.

Did a very good job.very pleasant ladies. Contact person, Marcio, is always professional on phone and he called after ladies left to collect my opinion on how the job went........I like that!

The two young ladies arrived about 10 minutes past the appointed time and then needed to unload their equipment from the van/car. They got right to work once in the condo and worked without break for the two hours. A few things that weren't as I thought they should be: 1) The two young ladies spoke very little English and so it was difficult for me to communicate with them what I wished done, what my priorities were. 2) Although they did not work past the two hours I paid for (according to my timing--and I noted what time they came in and got to work), I received a call after the job from the office saying that I owed an additional $20 because they had gone over the time by 5 minutes. Rather than argue, I paid the $20. 3) After they left I began noticing things that they had missed such as the fan in the master bedroom, the area around the bottom of the toilet in the master bathroom, and several other little things.

There were no problems but good efficient cleaning
