Description of Work: The two women arrived about 25 mins late but went right to work. They did a good job cleaning, however later that night I discovered a broken light fixture hidden in a cabinet. Accidents happen, but because it wasn't mentioned to me and the fact it was hidden means dishonesty. For that reason, I will not use them again. I feel it's up to the owner to make sure their employees are trustworthy!

Description of Work: They didn't vacuum under the bed or behind the sofa. My request was to have all baseboards wiped down. The floors behind the commodes weren't swept or washed. The "clean scent" was so overwhelming when I arrived home, I could taste it. In all fairness the owner offered to come out or send another team but I refused his offer. I should give them another try and might do that in the future, but not right now.

Description of Work: Communication was difficult due to language barrier.....their English was limited. The cleaning was advertised as "deep cleaning" and that was not the case. The cleaning was superficial only, and I found several spots, especially close to furniture, that was completely missed...................I had to use the vacuum and swifter to clean up after they were "done".
