They are also were wonderful. They were very professional. They were friendly. They were prompt. They deal when they said they're going to be there and they just took care of business with a smile which was very nice. They clean up any their mess and ndash; everything is very clean. We were introduce to other companies because we're new in the area and we gone to the home show and we miss them there and a neighbor of ours was a very good friend of ours is very satisfied with them so after choosing the other two we decided to go with Air and Energy. Everything was excellent.

One thing that happened I had a new unit for 2 years. They motor went out on a Sunday. They came out immediately. They could not get the motor until Monday. They did get the motor and had it running Monday. They do A/C, Heating, Electrical, and Plumbing. I really like the fact that I am covered with the one company for just about anything that could happen. I tell all my friends about this company. I am so happy with them.

I had no choice about replacing my HVAC unit due to inefficiency and age. The salesperson laid everything out for me (compressor, relocating from ceiling to closet, quality of output, etc.) with no pressure to purchase. This was a great experience! The team removed the pancake unit, installed the new unit in my condo in 1 day. The ability to pay via a bank service without interest for a year made this instatllation easier to fund. What a joy to sleep through the night without a freight train of A/C noise repeatedly entering my living space. A major plus...they extended the service plan that I purchased with my old unit to follow the standard annual review of a new installation. I didn't lose this service charge. This would never happen in NY. This company understands customer service and satisfaction.

They came out on a Saturday when our AC stopped cooling. They recharged the system and by the next day things were cool again and the AC was running much quieter. But then things warmed up again, so I had them return. The service man checked the inside air handler this time and heard the leak. He ordered the part and came back within a few days. Everything works fine now.

He was wonderful. They were cheap and reasonable and did a great job.

They are great. They have awesome customer service. They respond in a timely manner and provide quality workmanship. They stand behind their work and if you are not satisfied, they wouldn't hesitate to come back out and fix it.

Charlie arrived on time and took his time to preform a thorough cleaning ,inspection and test of our AC system. There were no problems found.

The 2 visits went very well. They were prompt and through and did the service and repair in a timely manner. On the repair a licensed plumber had to come out and perform the service and we are very satisfied.

I contacted Air and Energy. The service appointment was set up, the serviceman arrived when expected, he checked out my AC, including electrical. He discussed the age and rating of my AC, what options to think about in the future. I was impressed and would absolutely call them again.

We purchased two new Trane heating/ac units from Air and Energy. There was no high pressure sales tactics with Mike the sales person. He took the time to check and double check everything, so our purchase and installation would go smoothly. They sent two teams out to install the two units. We needed some modification part, which they had the next day and sent another tech out to double check everything. We are very happy with the units and the installation.

They are quick with scheduling. Service is always great and so is the staff.
