James inspected the home. Everything went wonderful. Very good. Would work with them again in New York second! James was very thorough in answering my questions and the inspection itself.

Excellent!!! They were great from the time I scheduled the inspection. The inspector was early to the appointment and did a thorough job. His inspection report was so easy to read and differentiate between what needed immediate attention and what could wait. The items were color coded and lots of pictures. They even provide a warranty in the cost. I would definitely use them again.

From start to finish I was extremely impressed with the way Waypoint handled this inspection. Within an hour of purchasing the inspection from Angie's List I was contacted and they provided me with a list of times and dates they were available to complete the requested services. Jeremy arrived at the residence and was already working at the time of the appointment. He was extremely professional and friendly. Upon completion of the service he then conducted a complete review with me and the realtor indicating any areas of concern. Prior to leaving he provided me with written documentation out ling the warranties they provide on their services, and indicated he would have the full report to me this evening, by 830PM the report was completed and available for download as promised. I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Waypoint and Jeremy and would highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a residence.

Waypoint provided a home inspection on a home we were buying. The inspector, James, showed up on time (early!) and was so thorough. He was professional and answered all questions. He spent a long time going over every area of the house. Waypoint sent a second inspector to check for termites. He also showed up promptly and was very thorough. I received the report by the very next day and it was very detailed. We have no qualms about buying this house due to Waypoint. Even my realtor was impressed. I recommend them highly.

Mark did a complete job from start to finish, beginning with scheduling and providing the needed license and insurance information and interface with the seller. He came to the site on time and did all needed work and followed up promptly with a copy of the report we needed. We can recommend Mark and Waypoint Property Inspection and would not hesitate to use them again.

We had a very short inspection window and so I ordered their service via angies list on a Sunday (and explaining my short timeframe). Mark called me that same day within a few hours and looked at his team's schedule and booked me for the Tuesday. He answered all my questions on what they do (and don't do) and was both courteous and knowledgeable. He scheduled his colleague, James Amend ,to stop by tuesday afternoon. When I arrived, James was already waiting. As my realtor wasn't there yet to go into the house, he got started on the roof. Once we were able to get in, he spent a solid 2 hours going through the house, pool, exterior, attic, etc. He also met with the termite inspector (they use a separate company to do that report) to discuss their findings between themselves. Once completed, he did a full walk through of his findings (thankfully most were not serious and we were able to work it out with the seller) along with answering all my own questions. As promised, he sent his full report (inspection/wind-mit/4pt) later that evening promptly which helped since we needed to get the report to the realtor/seller also. Overall, I can say that I am truly happy to have selected Waypoint and recommend them to my fellow Angie Listers!Fam

Mark and his team were GREAT! So thorough and dedicated to us as the potential homeowners. It was so refreshing to see such a dedicated professional who had our best interest in mind. During the inspection, he found some plumbing issues that could have had a significant impact on our monthly insurance premiums, which helped us during negotiations and budgeting our new carrying costs for the home. After finding a roof leak and the seller claiming that "it must have just happened," Mark shared with us his photographs, expertise, and humidity readings that indicated that the roof had been leaking for some time. Following Mark's recommendation, we requested that the work be fixed by the seller with a licensed contractor and that we retain a 1-year warranty on the work following the closing of the home. Finally, Mark was able to schedule his associate, James, to come out and re-inspect the property after the work had been completed, but before the option period was over so we could rest assured that we were making a wise decision in closing on this home. Mark and his team, including the call center that handles their messages and scheduling were outstanding and I would definitely say he was worth the money. Every house comes with surprises, but he helped make our transition easier.

Mr. Mark Wahl conducted personally the inspection. The report was ready and e-mailing with pictures and recomendation came same day. 3 months latter the roof that was inspected show signs of a significant leak that according to the roofer has been clearly more than 6 months and should be detected by the inspection.

We had put an offer in to buy an older home and really wanted to have everything checked out thoroughly. We had a great experience. Right from calling the office to set an appt, tthe person was very helpful, friendly, professional and efficient. Then we had the inspection and our inspector James Amend was excellent!! He was already at the house when we pulled up. Additionally the termite inspector and septic system inspector came in during the inspection. They were scheduled by Waypoint for us. Everything was checked out all in one appt. James is great ! He knew exactly what to do and what to check for. James did an extremely thorough inspection. He also oversaw the other inspections. After he was done, he brought us around the home and showed us any items of concern. James did not rush with us and explained everything fully. We could tell that James knew what he was talking about as he is very knowledgable. James cares about the work he is doing and truly looks out for the client's best interest. He is friendly & professional. We really felt a sense of confidence and trust in working with James. We would definitely recommend James Amend and Waypoint to anyone needing to have an inspection done. We also, would hire James and Waypoint again in the future!!!

James was excellent to deal with, either by phone, text, or email. Evening and weekend appointments are available. The price was right, especially comparing the prices with other companies. I had previously gotten a wind inspection report from a larger company. That report had a lot of omissions and it was a lot of money. I highly recommend waypoint property inspections and James Amend

Mark (the owner) did the inspection. He was lax in his evaluation of the home and we were disappointed with his lack of attention to details. The house had been in foreclosure, so the inspection was particularly important as we evaluated whether to proceed with the purchase. The final report that Mark produced was inaccurate and missed major defects in the home that we have had to remedy. We would not recommend Waypoint.

James Amend was waiting at the curb several minutes B/4 appointed inspection time. He politely introduced himself and went straight to work. To say that this young man is thorough would be an understatement. He checked all appliances,furnaces,pool; too many area to list. We were then provided a 30 page plus report with pictures of every single area. Serial numbers, suggested maintenance and condition reports. What a pleasure to be able to do business with a co. like this!

James was there before the scheduled appointment time, got to work right away, very friendly and professional. He answered all of our questions, my husband tagged along for the whole inspection and was impressed with the thoroughness of the work being done. The report came to us that evening via email. It was to the point and detailed and provided lots of pictures. We had a question the next day and James responded right away. Scheduling the appointment was great, the staff is extremely nice and professional. They asked a lot of questions but that made me like them more because it showed they were very thorough. I have to say I was very impressed overall with the company and with James specifically. I would absolutely recommend them and I'd hire them again.

James was the person who did my inspection. He was great, from the short notice on the appointment to the follow through of the information that he supplied, everything was top notch. James was extremely knowledgeable and was able to provide great answers and explain in detail all the issues the property had. The price was a bit stiff, however, the 90 day gtd plus a resource app to help us in the future with anything we don't know how to use, help ease the price point. Overall, James did a great job and it's a small price to pay for the piece of mind I got from having Waypoint do my inspection.

The home inspection was carried out by James in a very quick and dependable manner. His attention to detail and professionalism allowed me to dispute points with the insurance company and lower my rate. We had the pleasure of working with James for our first home inspection and what a wonderful experience it was. Being nervous we did not know what to expect or do, James was amazing, he arrived on time introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. He was very patient and did not mind that we had to wait and extra 15 minutes to get inside the house to inspect it. Every area that he found a problem or a concern with, he showed us and gave us suggestions and recommendations for repair. Every question we had regarding our own concerns he addressed with ease and without hesitation. He is very knowledable and even impressed my Realtor and Father-in-law. When he was complete with the inspection he walked through the report with us and all the other guarantees we received. It was a pleasant experience and James made us feel completely comfortable. We will definitely recommend him and Waypoint to our friends.

Mark showed up ahead of schedule, and went right to his tasks, he answered most of our questions before we could even ask them. he performed all the inspections in a timely and professional manner. Any problems he encountered (his records showed 2year old a/c as being 1992) he had a database readily available to find it was indeed a 2 year old unit. I cannot express enough how thorough and professional Mark performed the inspection. I was more than pleased with Waypoint and readily recommend their services to anyone purchasing a home on the Treasure Coast.

James was great. He was extremely professional and courteous. My wife and I don't know too much about houses, and he took the time to explain everything in detail. We were glad he took that extra step. We would definitely use Waypoint again, and if we do we will be requesting James.
