Mark from Waypoint was great. He was punctual and knowledgeable. Even though it's a new home, Mark found quite a few things that needed to be fixed. He was very thorough. We are extremely happy with the job he did and will definitely use him in the future.

Mark was absolutely wonderful and extremely thorough in his inspection of the condo we are purchasing. He took pictures and documented all his findings. The report I received was comprehensive and restated everything he showed us during his inspection. I now know what items would need to be fixed in the condo and although, minimal, I have a much better comfort level with our purchase. I would highly recommend his services.

Great experience overall. Mark was responsive and very accommodating when setting up the appointment. He arrive early, completed a thorough evaluation and provided a comprehensive 45 page report. The inspection went really well. Mark was very friendly when I called to schedule the appointment. I was able to schedule the inspection for that week. He arrived on time and worked very efficiently. He checked areas we were concerned about and his report was very thorough. We received the report that evening. I really appreciated all the recommendations he made.

I have peace of mind that everything is ok with the house we plan to buy. An added benefit was that he knew the builder who build this house because it was the same man also built his own house.

I contacted Mark about doing a home inspection that needed to be completed quickly. He was able to us into his schedule to meet our timeframe, and he sent me a quote and confirmation of the appointment within a few hours after speaking to him. He arrived promptly and was very thorough about inspecting all apects of the house and answering our questions as we went along. I appreciated that he also took the time to give us some pointers on how to properly maintain the s-tile roof on the house. Mark emailed the inspection report to us that evening, and it was very detailed 51 page report. It also included many photos, which was a nice addition to help us remember the various issues that we discussed during the inspection. The price of the insection including wind mitigation and termite less the Angie's list discount was $500 which seems to be very reasonable based on what other people have told me that they paid. I will definitely use Waypoint again if I need any inspections done in the future.

All work was done as explained and in a timely manner. The inspection report was sent the evening it was completed and was nicely detailed. Mike was a pleasure to work with, answered/returned calls promptly and answered all questions thoroughly. If we ever purchase another home we will definitely be calling Waypoint!

BEFORE ARRIVING, HE RESEARCH MY PERMITS AN WAS AWARE THE ROOF WAS NEW. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS LOOKING FOR AS HE WENT ALONG.

We're buying a house in Boca Raton. I called Mark a week before we wanted the inspection done after calling two other inspection companies - both of which were recommended by my realtor - the first was priced way out of line and the second could not perform when we needed them (fortunately!) - I then turned to Angie's List and called Mark based on his location Angie's List ratings. I was NOT disappointed! He answered the phone, we talked about a date for the service and after we settled on that he asked because he was out on a job (on a roof!) to text him my e-mail and location of the house and he would send me a confirmation e-mail which we did. The day before the inspection he sent us another e-mail confirming the time and location and the next morning he was actually early. He basically said I could leave and he would call just before he was through. When I went back we did a brief walk through at which time he pointed out certain things but said the report would be much more detailed. He e-mailed it to us that evening and it was not only very detailed but had photos of everything discussed. All the appliances had been tested, all windows checked for leaks. We knew going in we would probably need a new roof and Mark confirmed that but said we probably could get another two years on it. However he did show us where there had been leaks and recommended replacing the roof. Everything outside was checked as well including the in-ground spa, the wood deck, even a problem of a tree growing too close to the house creating a concern about the root system. There really wasn't anything that was left out. Mark was a pleasure to deal with.....friendly, informative & professional. Our realtor, after she read his report, said she was impressed enough to say she will recommend him from here on to her future clients. Call him - you can't go wrong. And from now on I use Angie's List first!

I was very impressed with Mark Wahl from Waypoint from the very first time I contacted him, when he answered his phone while traveling on vacation with his family. He promptly quoted me the cost and described the Angie's list discount as well. Upon his return to the office, I received his written agreement for me to sign that outlined all contractual aspects of the job. Mark showed up early for our appointment, one week after we contacted him. He was extremely polite and very professional in all aspects of his inspection. He and his associate took extra care in inspecting all items in the home and took photos of all appropriate items. After the inspection was complete, Mark spent some time with us reviewing and explaining in detail any item of concern.Our appointment was on a Friday at 9:00 AM and we were promised our report within 24 hours. The report was e-mailed to me at 12:25 PM the same day. It was extremely complete and explained every item in the home. Any item of concern was explained in detail with suggestions for repair or correction. His bill was for the exact same price as he quoted me. I highly recommend Mark Wahl, Waypoint Property Inspection East highly and would recommend him to anyone who is in need of a home inspection

I just wanted to write a quick review about this company. I recently purchased a home here in the Plam Beach County area and I was referred to Waypoint Property Inspection through my Realtor. I had previously spoken to 2 other inspectors to find out about price and also types of inspections that he could perform. Mr. Wahl was very knowledgable and actually reccomended that I also use his services to perform a wind mitigation which at the time I did not know could save me hundreds on my homeowners insurance policy. Since I wanted to attend the home inspection he was very flexable and offered me several different appointment options that fit my crazy schedule. Not only was he patient with me as I asked lots of questions but he also had the report back to me by AM the next business day. If you are buying a home in this area whether it be a foreclosure or new construction you will at least want to speak with Mark before hiring just any inspector to look at your home. I want to thank you again for putting up with my million questions and helping me get a much lower ins premium. Thanks again!!

He did great, did exactly what he said he was going to do was on time, and professional. Mark knew I was very concerned about the condition of the roof because we were buying an older home and the seller had no information about the history of the home. After he did a very thorough inspection of the roof and home. Without me telling him to do anything further he was kind enough to contact the local building department and emailed me when the permits were last pulled for replacing the roof. It turned out the roof wasn't that old and really put my mind at ease.
